Been playing this game since 2017-present. I have restarted multiple times, and each time was due to me not remembering which e-mail was linked. The game is very simple to play, but complicated to develop a good strategy. Match-making, to me, seems just a little bit unbalanced. (Quick match and Alliance War) It's easy to make quick progress without spending anything.

Very good game. Good graphics, easy-to-use interface and decent mechanics. I used to play this game a few years ago on my iPad, but now that I want to play in my Samsung S10, the game seems to not be responding. For example, I can rarely open the app, since most of the time the game crashes. And when I do open the app I can't interact with anything since from the moment I touch a button the game crashes. Please Zinga, fix this :(

The game has been out for several years an i just came back to play it an have recently spent good money on it. An ever since their last few updates the game crashes when trying to join event matches or even regular matches every dam time. Definitely dont spend money on this game since their stability is so lacking after years of development. Its got alot of good but the stability ruins this game. An im playing on a newer phone so its not my side of things. I even cleared the cache to be sure

Been playing for years, & 70% of the time i get no loot from alliance wars, absolutely frustrating , seriously thinking about finding another game to play ! Also they have made it impossible to expand your base with lack of components available ! The game is a joke , once again no loot from war ! And the next war is so unbalanced it's ridiculous ! Be lucky to get minimum flags ! Absolute waist of time !

The game has great potential, but the units are keeps running left and right and are difficult to control which causes unit lost during the battle. It should be an option to stand on ground and stick unit with each other all the time in battle

Good game.. no need to spend money to win.. but the game is very buggy. 1. When I request resources in alliance. The game starts to hang for a minute. 2. Customer support is very bad. I contacted them but no response in 2, weeks. Now I can't even play the game. When opens the game it doesn't load my base and keeps loading while my internet is working fine. It says internet connection not working. But my internet works

Idk anymore . How many hours I've spent wasted.. go to March on missions and sit there and wait for over 6 mins just for it to glitch and make you restart over and over again. No connection issue. No technical issue. It's the game... used to play every day now it's annoying because of said issue

Playing for nearly 7 years, great game but has it's glitches You have to jump through hoops contacting them but they do get back Could do with HQ 37, gift box is full of research and speed up build Typically, the response from them giving an address to contact them doesn't work!

Fails to provide war loot after wars unless screenshots are sent in from each active account. Screenshots must be taken after every war to ensure you get your loot.! I requested support and this is the answer I got several times. No screenshot,no loot. I was playing this game for several years. Very poor support group. Must jump through hoops to prove your requests. They need to fix their bugs in game. It,s been going on way too long.

I am enjoying this since it works on my phone where even small games crashes, but...there's something that interferes with user's will like FORCING the User to USE the Buffs(it already forced me to use buff three times) and it's irritating when I want to save up buffs for when I want to play the game with all tarmacs buffed... Please fix it or tell us if it has purposes... Edit: It ended at 3rd, it might be because I didn't put it to where the arrowhand wants me to...

My account that I've been working for months has been Corrupted, when switching to that account, an error screen is shown, it says: There appears to be a problem with your internet connectivity; but my connection is excellent, it's condition is excellent, I tried to run other online games and it's working. But I think I know the cause of the corruption of the account, I changed my name-tag to "...", after doing it, there comes the error. Zynga? Please help me, I've worked months to that account.

This is by far the best game EVER! 🥇 1st EVER Complaint: The new Player Support isn't up to scratch! The old one was perfectly fine; I could log my complaint and attach a screenshot without the app kicking me out. If you think this is an upgrade, you're mistaken. Take it back!

It has been an excellent game up until recently when it began freezing, it is pretty much unplayable at this point, hugely frustrating, I've followed Zynga's instructions on how to fix these issues but nothing works :(

It's great and everything but not everyone can afford to spend hundreds of dollars to upgrade higher levels to play the game. The game is set up to drain my bank account, lol... I may have to get an intervention to save my soul from this game.

Hello sir please make your killswitch and hammerfall easy. Both oprations is very hard to get medals. Every time i won only 6 or 7 war in both opration and next it's very hard to win and there i loose my intrust in oprations please make it easy to win the medals. I love this game i don't want to uninstall because of losing the game please fix it to easy wins please ans me can you fix it for all players ?

Please include better options to redesign the base like other games does ...!!!so far like the gameplay it's exciting but developers shud provide options like base editors when playing as it gets difficult at higher levels

Fun, addictive game. Slow on rebuild times. Support is outstanding and fast for any issue. Would be nice to login from different devices without having to login to Facebook

This game has countless bugs! WITH EVERY UPDATE IT GETS WORSE AND WORSE!, they are neglecting to fix, I have put in multiple tickets and most they don't read and reply with an automated response telling you how to update the app?!, Well if your app is up to date then what?!.... I'll tell you what! Just DEAL WITH IT!. I've put in a ticket praising them in the new events and how quickly new ones are coming, and they responded with a link how to update my app?! (I responded in game with no reply)

Pretty good game, I like it a lot, been playing about 5 years, except the wars are just races , and should be decided by performance instead of spead... some people work...and the green dots never work... but overall it is a good game

Game isn't compatible to Samsung Z3 Fold. Icons are spread all over, words aren't visible, and even controls are floating on top of each other. One week later, does the developer provide any kind of support?!

Good game, but it has problems, for instance gold rewards are small, you need to collect your resources alone, why can't they just added automatically as they are produced, also when we send resources to someone they expire in 24 hours, that's so unfair, i would extend that period for 10, 15, 30 days, I mean we won those resources, it's unfair that they expire in 24 hours, please change that. Thanks Zynga team 😗🙂❤️

Takes so long to make progress unless you're willing to pay money for it. Takes forever to build and upgrade. And just when you get enough resources, you get attacked and resources stolen.

If your new & about to join this game then please don't avoid this game at once. As of late it's been crashing & kicking me out of the game. Tried & tried contacting Zynga but nothing they don't have no care into helping us when having problems on the game rather than just take, take, take our money. So AVOID this game.

Crashing frequently. Edit1: everyday i log atleast 1 complain thru app. But no improvement. Daily new error. This game is not playable now. Scrap and redevelop it. Worst part is that you will face error while even raising issue on app help center.
