About 3 years later & still can't log in to this stupid poorly made app. Still is a very stupid poor app. It still does not log in it refers to the website login. Stupid waste of time waste of space. Just login with your browser instead.

To confusing. There are a lot of different options and tools to help for Carter source or other employment needs. However I think less is more

Please include a way to opt-out of map updates when scrolling job announcements. The constant changing, whipping anf flipping map is beyond annoying (and distracting). Seems like this should be a simple toggle on/off but is nowhere to be found. Otherwise, a fine app that, with some tweaks, could be great. Thanks.

Couldn't even register. Awful. Just awful. The app looks and acts like it's working out of 1990. I thought downloading the app would be better than trying to use the website itself from my phone, but was even more disappointed and even more frustrated. It got stuck multiple times and then after selecting my gender, just spazzed out. I uninstalled the app. Less than ten minutes after installing it. Please do better. We, the citizens of Florida, deserve it.

There are still problems with the servers. With the pandemic going on is the only access i have(phone app) for jobsearch at the moment. Using google chrome for employ fl web page. It freezes a lot and if i dont do them i dont get my benefits.

every time i try to touch and add my city and zip i cant i have to search amd then it its the only one i push the back button and its added and then if they are others it wont let me add it or push the back button to add it. it doesnt function properly and fast either.

Nice app and simple to fill up. My Comment or suggestion is that the format question asking for somebody's SSN must be excluded as it turn out that the website or this app is unreliable. We understand that SSN should not be divulged only if someone is already hired. Moreover, instead of that said question add or include a format on address and contact # of the job seeker which is lacking in the registration format.

This app does not recognize my password that I've reset twice. But I can use the actual website using the reset password just fine. Something needs to be fixed

Lots of bugs or something because it kicks me out a lot and I entered my 4 digit PIN so many times and it showed it was entered correctly but never saved correctly.

Look like everyone else I'm trying to put all my information as accurate I can it's like back and forward in the system I'm not sure but if it doesn't work or get fix it's going to be a real problem because some of us we need to go thru system and register for DEO BENEFITS OK IM GOING TO DIFFERENT PLACES AND COMPUTERS AND SEE ITS JUST SLOW AND BACK AND FORWARD I CAN PROCEED WITH WHOLE PROCESS PLEASR ITS A QUALITY URGENT TO BE FIX.

Ive tried to register on my computer at a library computer and now on a app. Ive even asked friends from a Mensa group for ideas for usernames not one has worked. Ive spent hours just trying to create an account. Creating an account is more difficult to me than computer programming and thats what i do.

I think it would be less painful to stick a sharpened pencil in my eye than to use this non working system. I have changed my user name 4 times, my password 4 times even changed my security questions all for nothing. System tells me I am logged in, to continue I need to log in. Go figure. So when I try to log out and back in it tells me I need to create an account. Then it tells my I need to reset my password and user name. All I need is verification that I have signed up so I can continue my claim.

EF app login does not allow password fill-in by LastPass application, nor will it allow pasting my password from the clipboard. Using Android version 10 on LG LM-G820TM

Florida you need to get it together I just read an article stating the millions of dollars that unemployment has spent trying to fix this on the website let me tell you something this is a very poor web design I could have went to go Daddy and made something even better than this 4 less than a hundred bucks somebody's putting a millions of dollars is in their pockets while we suffer and I'm sick of it! so you spent how many million State of Florida this app sucks!!!!!

App was not letting me get passed login screen. It stayed stuck on "loading" after submitting credentials or even when skipping the login.

Terrible all around. Just bad when it doesn't crash every minute. Embarrassing. Thanks a lot 😠☹️😕

Consider yourself lucky been waiting for download and install for 2 hours and nothing used my galaxy s7 and tried on s10 plus nothing happens, will try again tomorrow I guess

Downloaded and can not login, keeps saying "call timed out to try again later." Will reevaluate my review if this is fixed!!
