This is a pretty good app for having my schedule on the go. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because every so often when there are upgrades etc. something funny always seems to happen and I do not have access for a while. This time my time zone changed and I can't seem to figure out how to change it back.

After the update the app just crashes when you try to start it, and there's no way to use it.

Features are either missing or do not work. The self shift swap shows up but will not allow you to select the time to switch to. Trading shifts runs into an error preventing the trade. Does not send notifications even when the option is selected. And many other issues.

It doesn't update schedules often (if at all). In the web browser on NICE, I'm able to access my schedule as well as any updates that were submitted. My schedule changes daily with frequent updates. They reflect in NICE, but not EEM for some reason. Even days later if I go back and look, it hasn't changed. This should be synced with the browser and should be able to be used interchangeably.

This app is really good when it works, but sometimes it just does not work for days on end. It gets stuck on that homepage before the login credentials appear. It's really useful when it does work, with really great features. One thing I would like, is when I request a shift trade with the dept, to show me a confirmation that my trade request went through.

Non stop problems. Can't properly manage its own notifications, so if you let them go you have to single handedly erase them all one by one instead of clicking the big X at the top that was clearly meant to wipe them all but does not work. Oh and today I can't even login to it. Couldn't yesterday. An app that does not open is about as useful as wearing an oven mitt to catch bullets.

Worthless!!! Use this app for work and it is the worst application ever. Notifications do not come up correctly even when you have a notification pop up on the phone. You tap to open it up and it locks up immediately every single time and the main program and mainframe itself stays offline much more than it should ever be. It will not keep you logged on even when you select for it to. Not recommended. Reinstall is useless. NICE, don't bother responding. Put the effort into fixing your systems.

Useless! Once log in to the app, there is an immediate up alert message "Your session is about to expire, would you like to continue?" Can't get rid of the message even I select "yes". The same message pop up blocking me to read schedule and do schedule adjustment. This issue lasts for months and developers is yet to fix. Disappointed.

This app rarely works properly. The idea is great but unfortunately the app is more annoying than useful. Still has a lot of problems & glitches like "inside alert.... No internet". Seriously!? I was able to go to play store & download the stupid app without internet? NOT! I have been getting this error for 3 days trying to pick up OT with ZERO success.

This app is pretty good for all of your schedule needs. It almost has all of the functionality the URL on your desktop does. It is possible that this is also limited due to employer settings. Used now for last 3 years and no problems.

User interface is not as easy as described in preuse training. Options described as available in training, actually not available. Very buggy cannot easily move your schedule around as described. Unsure if this is a company to app settings issue, but really seems worthless as I still have to communicate via email to to boss to get things managed.

This app is horrible...constantly logs you out. Then when you have the app open and it shows green it keeps circling to the point where you get an error saying available VTO has changed. It does give all the available VTO options to you it only gives certain 30 min increments old app used to let you use 5 min increments..

This app does not work consistently. I enter my credentials and it does not load my schedule. It no longer provides me with notification emails when there is time off available or notifications of schedule changes. It worked okay a few months ago...now there really is no point in using it.

Its an okay app for work, but it can be a little difficult to use at times if you're not requesting sick leave or doing something immediately. It takes a bit to log in and having to update your password constantly is a little frustrating. Overall okay app but definitely still needs work to be done on it.

Sleek looking interface works mostly great except in two instances. Can't save my login credentials and somehow typing it in everytime is safer than not? Please consult a cybersecurity specialist they will tell you otherwise. Also under Notifications, there is a back arrow to leave and a giant X that looks like its supposed to clear all notifications but instead it also just leaves. So I have to manually clear all notifications. Please fix these bugs. Otherwise a nice app.

The app often doesn't work, seems that it is overloaded with users or something. Each time you apply you get "conditions have changed" and increments of time disappear, eventually all time disappears while you continually apply. Or sometimes it just times out altogether. Also error 404 messages.

Mobile app is garbage. Won't let me even log in, only useful for getting the notifications to then have to jump on the desktop version, defeating the purpose of a mobile app lol there were far better systems for this that didn't need to be replaced by one that struggles to even let you log in.

It's ok when ir works. But lately I haven't been able to log into the app, so I'm only able to use the website on my employers network. So I'm not able to put in an absence or request VTO, if I'm not already working, it really defeats the purpose.

Update available! Too bad, doesn't work. Install updates.. no. Uninstall/ reinstall.. no. Restart phone.. no. Try all 3 after making sure phone is up to date... no. Had to use my PC. At this phase, the 2 layer security for an app to work more or work less hours that only an employee with an up to date standard id and passcode would think to use is unnecessary and extreme.

Broken most of the time you need it, website isn't helpful either bc when they decide to change your user ID on you without notice and selecting forgot user ID and inputting the correct info returns invalid ID. After figuring out what they changed it to i still cannot access the app or website bc i'm locked out from too many attempts which shouldn't be the case if I was apparently using an incorrect, outdated username anyway. Password reset also broken and takes you to a blank page after reset.

Wow this app needs work. It should not take hours and numerous attempts to load and clear my notifications. Useful, necessary tool to accompany the desktop version in theory... very lacking in functionality in reality. PLEASE can you come up with a way to have expired shift trades auto remove from our notifications?

Could be better. Trades do not function properly nor do they get to agents. Also the inability to schedule off actual PTO days is annoying. However, I do enjoy the freedom of being able to "call" off through the app, without needing to call in or send an email.

As soon as I opened the app it asked for an activation key, it stated it was located on the app page. However, scoured high and low with no success of finding said key you should be able to open just like any other app.

It never works. I am fully connected to my internet and am getting an error to check my connection. It's really frustrating trying to use this app. I get all the notifications but can never get in.

As of today says I need to update, takes me to play store no update option. I have auto update installed. Using pin lock on phone as the authenticator app decided it needed that with no warning...still not working. I have restarted phone. Still not working. I had to go to google play, click on icon at top right click on manage apps then found option to update, now it works. I had to Google how to update apps this should have been automatic when I clicked to update in the 1st place.

Garbage!! I get the push notifications, I tap on it to open it up and I get the hamster wheel....then..."Something went wrong. Please try again". I missed out on several work hours. Totally not user friendly. Try again app developers. Ugh!
