"No Internet Connection", I get this message even on WiFi, this app needs fixed.

This app will be very helpful!
App keeps saying "no internet connection" even though I am connected to my wireless internet to leave this review. I can't even do anything when I log in via the web browser except to look at the same information that is on the card I just received. I have appointments coming up and it would be nice to know if I'm still covered or if I'm paying more or less than than I was. Never had this problem with my previous health insurance. Please fix this ASAP.
