Employee Portal Payroll Relief

It was working great for a little bit, but now I can't access any of the pages. The farthest I get is loggging in, but past that the app is unresponsive. I've tried uninstalling it and redownloading, but it doesn't work.

Will not allow me to log in thru main app with my login credentials. I have to go to the link to reset my password or the link my employer sent every time in order to access my paystubs.

Very basic. It works but isn't friendly to export info. A few updates would vastly improve the app.

I'm gonna give it 5 stars: not because it's an amazing app: it's ugly like a y2k geocities webpage, but it shows me my paystub. The bar is low here but it does the 1 thing it needs to for me.

Cant access account keeps saying incorrect password after multiple resets and cant access important tax documents. App is waste of time

Overall good experience. My lower rating is because lack of compatibility with Android 9 AutoFill.

I need my paystubs from this year and they are not in my app. Trying to get in touch with customer service and it's extremely difficult.

I love the payday notification and being able to access my w2. Very simple interface. It looks like vacation and sick time are visible on the downloadable paystub.

I can't log in despite putting my details correctly. Had to use the web version. Please look into this admin.

app freezes, will let me sign in but nothing works when i touch the screen. worked on my old phone, maybe a problem with the moto g7 power?

Was working great until it stopped letting me log in, i still receive payment notifications but i don't have access to stubs or my account

Wont remeber the password and wont keep logged forever when enter without type the password. Fix it if app does not work with remembered "check."

app only works 30% of the time. sometimes I can't log in and other times I can log in but cant select anything.

I can't get it to show up in my apps but when I DO get into it it works well

Typically works fine, but now all I can do is login. After that, nothing works!

I can log into the app, but cannot access any info. That is a serious issue, when you want to see the breakdown of my payroll. When is this issue going to be fixed?

App doesn't close once open.. should have website, as i dont want to have this app on mobile just to see my payroll once a month..

It's good when it decides to work. It's been frozen for days. I need to be able to access my account when I like to.

I don't understand why I can't view my pay stubs. Or any other information after I log in? ..Did it again, not even reinstalling is working.

I wish there was in big text on the paystub "take home: $$$" otherwise good app.

I think this App is suppose to meet my needs but I can't log in at the login page. What is a Firm code? I am the Admin of my company.

So far I think this is BS! I cant get in on any of my devices.

Can you please add the ability to see how much sick leave and holiday pay you have available.

downloaded this app twice now and still have not gotten it to work

Does this app work with Perdues play check stubs and seeing day before hand and also seeing my hours and hourly pay and mainly check stubs day before pay day ..

can't even get the app to download to my phone so what good is this app
