Employee Schedule Clock In/Out
It is the first all mobile solution. This solution is available only on Android simply because Android tablets are cheap and total cost for a solution will be less than $150 for a business location. Most other APPs are free but requires monthly subscription to their web application.
Try our FREE version on any android device, which allows 2 business location and maximum 5 employees. PRO version of APP allows 5 business locations and max. 25 employees per location as well as automatic synchronization across all devices linked to same account using ZeegSync.
Once you try our FREE version, we recommend to download PRO version on your personal Android device and setup all business locations including all departments, shifts, employees, and first weekly schedule. Make sure to remember Account ID and PIN and never share this PIN to your employees. Once all locations are configured then download on Android tablet for each location and use same account ID and PIN on registration screen so that all data from your personal device will be synchronized automatically. Make sure that your personal Android device is connected to Network while you are setting up tablet for your business location. Initial synchronization may take few minutes or more depending on your network connection speed and number of records to transfer. Network connection is required for transferring data from one device to another device.

I really like the app but it does not calculate the total hours of the employees. It just calculate one of my employees and not matter if she does 10 hours the app calculates she just work .25 hour ($1.81)
Looking for an app that once I put in employee schedule if it could include breaks and lunches schedule. Eliminates the stress of figuring it out because I don't have time anymore.
Takes some getting used to but it's pretty simple...only used it for scheduling nothing else.
Would Be nice if the Printed Schedule showed actual Times for the shifts. Other than that , great concept.
Not a bad concept. Needs portrait mode. Also. ****** If your phone goes to sleep, YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER ON THE WEEK!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? COME ON. i will keep for now and wait to see of it's fixed soon. If not bye bye! Why would anyone buy this with that kind of flaw? I like but needs work.

Would like the ability to add more then 5 employees.
I tried over and over to put in the registry information. When I tap "add", the form would empty. Over and over again.. Why?
But I need to know how to reset the password?
Worker can login them self but not logout. Manager should not need to help with log out of each employee . Option for employee to log out should auto select the current time and not request a time be manually typed in. Time over ride can be a manager option. Also, shifts are not locked in at our shop. I would like to have someone log in even if there was no shift applied to the employee. Basically if a last minute decission to have someone start work I dont want to create a shift and apply it to the employee just to have them log in for work. At first I did not see anyway to log out for breaks. However, I did discover that long holding an employee does popup a break option. If payrole is done mid day and a second shift starts later that day you can not get the payrole to run again.
Really liked the demo. However I was not able to register, the former just went blank when I would hit add. Seems like I am not the only one who has had this issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still no luck.
I would like to use this app permanently on my tablet 2. But I don't want my workers to get arround it and click on other areas on the tablet. Basicaly I want my tablet to act as a permanent time clock. How can I make that happen.

How do I get the employees to sign in and out by themselves? Also how can they log in and out for lunch?

What you have here is nice. However, without the ability to assign multiple shifts to one person on the same day then I won't be able to use it for my business. Thanks.

The GM/manager should be allowed to edit past schedules. If someone calls in sick or I make a mistake it cant be fixed after the shift is over. Also do I need to purchase PRO App for all employee devices or will free app sync to pro app account ID?
