Application is worth it. Instead of waiting for hours in HR, basic and simple querries can be resolved through app. Only on thing that with querry user can only attach image files. There should be option to upload pdf as well. It will be a big pro.

The app is much better Now after fixing lot of bugs, It is better if u add a feature to apply for a vacation through the oine portal or app to reduce the long ques from the HR office especially in JAC 7 . Otherwise the app is very help full now also when the query is created anyone have to update the answer in the same day but it is not happening untill now, we got the answer after 1 or 2 days. .

When ever i raise any query. I got reply with in 24 hours and my work has been done efficiently. This app and the team behind it deserves 5 stars.

This app needs to be revised before it's being recommended for use. I haven't seen any positive comment on it Coz I thought it's only me who had failed to login despite doing it numerous times and in the very correctformat with the correct information

As far as the app is concerned, it is performing to expectation. What I recommend is prompt and solid response from the people behind the system. A system is as good as its operator.

This portal is not available for i phone 7+ and above version. In my android phone i try to activate my account but every time its showing administration error. I never used that portal before but i am not sure why it’s not login with my ID....

Does this app still function?? Every time I try to log in, they tell me to confirm username and password and later they say failed. Contact the administrator. Try rectifying the problem.

Hi, i tried to get my payslip, i updated 2 times 2 different emails, on the app it shows payslip send to email but i can't get email yet for many times, please try to Resolve. Arslan idrees TG262820

I would say this has been a great app a very helpful app, many of my issue which weren't so big have been solved through this app and i didn't wanted to go HR wait in long que just for small issue, Thank you for the app and putting new options too Love it great app 🥰

After sending mails and even after conversation with IT department still not able to register on esp portal. Always showing error "data invalid".

Better now. The app creaters are responding and fixing issues. It's some kind of great scenerio. Thanks to the developer.

I am unable to raise query. Every time I raise a query it start loading and again nothing happens. Can you fix these problem

Very poor service can't reset my password, and some tools are not working. Please improve or make an another app for us.

again one more issue now , if u request a payslip the app suudenly crashes again and again even after being reinstalled it. the issue remqins same.

I didnot received my experience certificate yet,mr rajesh told me i will receive it in my gmail. To raise query, after probation period, i could not access to portal. Infact!! Portal was awesome

Idea is good but this apps need more update in many fields ... Now I cannot even Login... one star for that good idea for employees to solve their problems in click...

It refuse to open it shows long phone number but it's the number I am using and it is my names so I don't know what's going on, Please check I think I am not to complain about this issue please TG check it theris problem in this application. Please this application it's not good at all🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

Worst app ever! I tried to register my self but it wont let me. It kept showing an error message 'invalid' 'contact hr'.

Really helpful app and also saving the staff time. And can follow up also with easy access

This is worst app when i tried to get access showing me contact with administration team.i putting my right username and password i dont know why.

Need to fix the app is not working for the new users...Even after the registration still it directs you to contact the Administrator....🤦‍♂️

worst application. my coordinator said install this app you'll get payslip 7 date. First month i got 7th but after always showing data isn't available even at 10th date

I cannot login my account, it keep saying contact administrator, i have proper registered account and putting correct details but its not working at all.

very good app but When I try to update the mobile number and email address showing successful update . but after Logout Login there is nothing update .

when i try to register my account in app then there is an error that shows my mobile no is invalid while I'm using this number for a long time.

I have used for many times successfully but now unable to login showing please confirm username and password and also I try forget password option but giving me failed contact administrator.
