I am so amazed how this app works😊😄. It happened that my recipient's info was mistaken. Thanks to the "RESEND" button🙏. I was able to edit and given a chance to resend my transaction without additional payment. And everything went so well and very fast. My recipient was able to get the money in less than 5 minutes. OMG. I highly recommend EMQ😊. 5 stars for this APP👍.

[Feature request] Customize money rates alert notification. The rates widget is also useful, but it often doesn't give real time rates update. Sometimes we need to click it first, then it will redirect us to the app (which is slow). It's a good idea if this app has push notification also, or alert notification based on the widget updated rates. I hope we could also set our own notifaction threshold rates.

Sending through remittance was really fast . But sending through bank account was my first time and it's over 24 hours the amount still didn't receive yet . I tried to message the customer service and replied like it took 24 hours for a bank transaction. Using their remittance won't be a problem, but not through bank transaction. Won't do it again .

I love everything about this app. User friendly, up to date, fast transactions and hassle free for receivers. Very helpful especially in emergency situations. On top of that? Good customer service! Clap clap.

It is the first time to use this app. Before there something wrong when i created my account , but when i reach the customer service of the app asking for help , they response me very fast, i experience a very great assist,everything were fixed. This app is very nice , if theres is an options to give 10 stars for this reviews. I will give that !

I will be neutral. First time is used this app it was very accurate when sending remittance to the PH, it wont take too much time to wait for the barcode. But now it took so long to get the barcode. Ive already told the cstmr srvce but they were not responding well.

Fastest, reliable, trusted, and most convenient Remittance App I've ever known. I tried so many Remittance center when i was in Singapore for 3 years but there is none like EMQ, now I'm almost a year here on Taiwan, when i tried EMQ i am so very satisfied with their services, if it is possible that i will give a rate that i want, not just 5 star but 101 star....Mabuhay EMQ..

Slow responses from customer service and they suddenly canceled the transactions without confirmation. The cs only could suggest to make a new transaction but its different rates already. Totally disappointed!

dont install look for other remittance app. lousy service that kept asking for a photo of your requirement that they can never read. tried every camera lighting so everything is readable but still they cannot read, im guessing they REALLY CANNOT READ. ZERO STAR

Review for Payment is to slow waiting very long hrs. for QR code why?. Befor no more than 3mins already ther but now it takes very long to wait up to you just deside to cancel your transaction. And use other remitance. Can anyone fix this problem. Thank you if no ill just use other remitance app. And unstall this app.

User friendly. Up to date fx rate. Fast transaction. One thing I don't like is the exclusivity of source of income. You are forced to apply for working permit even though your source is stipend. It's 2021, people have different sources of funds!

too slow, its been 3 days since ive sent the money but the transaction is still not completed. asked the customer service why, they just told me to wait. didnt even apologized for the delay. no advice that it will take longer than expected. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I been using this apps for almost a year now , It was good and very fast transactions ..My problem now how can i open my account that i forgot my password. Can you help me to retrieve my account please, I really need it for I can send it now .Trying for few days but still the same and always said I'm offline and check my network connection.. So confused because I have a strong connection in my phone. I need help please..Hopefully to heard you soon...

it is good, but their customer service is soo poor, they asking to provide the requirement needed to send a money and complete it,. and i waited two days and still , nothing,.. why they need to ask a requirement, anyway..

About the refund, too much process, in case of emergency dont send money once your transaction decline after you pay, you need to wait 5-10 or more to get your money.. Me and my sister already exprience this.....

cannot claim the money thru palawan, transaction details option was just name, surname, contact number, since valid ID here in the philippines have always a surname, they will not honor the id because it has a surname, the option they give was provide them valid id without surname or to correct the transaction, online transaction cannot be corrected anymore... very hustle in claim and ut cannot be claim, we dont know what will happen to our money since it cannot be claim
