I like this app and find it useful in the emergency department. My only complaint is whenever I click on the "bone and joint" category, the app crashes. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but this did not work. Furthermore, I had to cancel my subscription and resubscribe in order to log into the app again.
Great app.... When it works. My phone broke. Got a new phone, reinstalled the app, and it tells me that my subscription doesn't work. I can't cancel my subscription for a refund and resubscribe. I emailed the contact, with no response after days. I like the app, I love I the information. It's worthless, and badly coded. For an app that costs $10, this shouldn't be the case. I am disappointed, I've used it for years. No more.
Simply junk and I feel ripped off. It worked great for one day then it stopped working. I tried uninstalling the reinstalling but that did not work either. I tried emailing the company and received an "out of the office" notice. Poor product, poor customer service, poor everything. Too bad it appeared that it had quick and easy as well as useable content.
Once installed and i had paid for the one year subscription i found out i vould not open or navigate beyond the menu. Even downloaded a second time with same issue. we emailed customer support with no response. When I want to cancel my subscription it did not even give me the option to reimburse the $9.99 I spent even though I never got to use the app once.
Disappointing. I love the book and app on my iPad. But on my note 10+ the app is non functional. I have paid for the subscription was using fine. Suddenly, it stopped working. I get a notice that i need to renew. I try to renew and it says I have a subscription. I try to restore it asks if this is the device I subscribed under. Cleared cache etc nothing works. I contacted their support was told "Valerie" is on vacation on 8/13/20. We in a pandemic guys come on. Who's on vacay right now?
decent app. I dont like the user interface. I wish I could see a list of all infections in alphabetical order like my old emra ABX app. Instead, now I have to select a system category first and then look for the infecrion I need to find. This is an unnecessary step that is not efficient during busy shifts.
Very helpful app. It does really bother me that it isn't up to date for STI treatment CDC guidelines and also doesn't transfer over to new devices without purchasing a new subscription. I emailed them to update and if no response will not be renewing, will tell my coworkers, and will resume using the more accurate Sanford Guide. If fixed will update my review to 5 star. Thank you.
Works well. While the new UI is different, it is intuitive and easy to figure out. I like the new subscription feature because it will auto update to the latest version each year when it is released. I always seemed to forget to buy the new version until a few months after it came out and this solves that problem.
Having same issues as everyone else on the feedback. The app needs to be updated. Changed to a new phone and it says I don't have a subscription. Tried to buy a new one and it won't let me because I already have a subscription. Repeat.... please fix.
Tons of respect to the crew who puts this together. Unfortunately the app keeps closing on me when I tap on the system being looked at. Hopefully can be fixed soon.
Not a huge fan of the new UI. After going into a category, when pressing the back button instead of going to home it takes you to the contributor's page. Like the new subscription method though.
The app has not been updated for over 2 years. If the app is subscription based then it should provide regular updates and content. The app has been updated on iOS when compared to that from colleagues. Other than that a good app.
Great app, but some serious bugs. If you're having trouble restoring your purchase, get the MobilEM app and JUST purchase the antibiotic guide. That worked for me, and is what the developer team suggested when my EMRA app stopped allowing me to sign in. Shout out to Valerie on the development team for walking me through it and helping restore one of my favorite clinical apps!!
This is only to purchase or renew your subscription. You can not see any content after downloading without payment. So if you are willing to purchase yearly subscription of 1250 Rs than download this app.
Love the app, but updated my phone and app will not recognize my existing, fully paid subscription. No tech support apart from cold emailing the general emra email. Very disappointing.
Installed on a new phone, it can't find my subscription I paid for when I select restore purchases. Clicking purchase tells me I have already purchased a subscription. Very poor coding, wasted $20.
the ui is very clunky. mainly the inability to choose between how i see the pages (diagnoses vs organ system). also, why do i keep seeing the contribution list when i hit back? please fix this mess.
Upgraded to new phone and now there's no way to restore my existing subscription or even buy another one. App is now useless. No response from emailing for help
Paid 10 dollars for this and does not work on my note 10+. I am unable to select anything on the screen. This is solely an issue with this app since all other apps work fine. Would like a refund.
The old format where there was a list of diagnoses was much better. This version is less user friendly, more time consuming.
App was working great. Had to reset phone and now my app will not work. I am unable to re-download because it recognizes my phone but won't let me use the app.
I recently bought a new phone and the app is forcing me to pay for it again. Will not allow me to put in my email and password to use it on my new phone. It keeps going to purchase only and going into my wallet to charge money again.
As an FNP student, this information is going to be invaluable. I took off a star because I can't read some of the charts and there is no way to zoom in to read some of them.
Unable to use whatsoever. Bought the subscription and the app does not move past the main screen. Unable to navigate at all

Same experience as many on here. Downloaded, paid for subscription and the app will not advance beyond the main menu.
App content great and easy to use. until new phone purchased, a bit buggy but comments lead me to download alternate app MobilEM that works again.
Worked for one day. Now I can open the app move the list of choices up and down, but it does not allow me to select anything at all. What kind of scam is this.
I wish this app worked. I used it religiously as a resident and as an attending. It was a little outdated with new recommendations but still good. The issue is once you get a new phone, it won't let you use your subscription and it won't let you get a new subscription because it registers that you still have an old one. Just huge glitch. And there is no one to contact or respond to fix it. Really wish it worked. Disappointed.
