EMS ACLS Guide

Recently became unreliable I've used this app for several years while working the trucks. Today, upon opening the app, I was asked to register the app and download the content. Now, I keep receiving error messages stating the downloaded content is not available. Guess it's time to find an app that works after being updated...

WON'T UPDATE. it keeps telling me to check for updates and when I do it just asked me to uninstall or open. If I open it gives the same message as before. To bad these people can't get their act together or people are going to start downloading the competition!!!! If this keeps up I certainly wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

Great over all, but now it's not working and it stops working when you need to scroll to look up information. This is such a great resource I would not mind paying extra to get an update, or a fix once in a while. Great product, poor execution...😪

Application hasn't been updated since 2011. It is made for older versions of Android and has not worked on 3 different phones. There should be a way to report this to Google so it's taken down completely until it's updated

design is lacking and it is missing content. it has buttons to continue reading content but that content didn't exist and give an error message. the design is clumsy and needs work to be refreshed and functional.

Before purchasing. The designers advised that it would be updated along with AHA and other materials. After ourchasing, it has yet to be updated. Still running 2010 everything and everything is outdated. Complete trash and no correspondence from the designers or company.

This app used to be really good but it hasn't been updated in years. I thought when i bought this app it was going to be updated along with ACLS changes but it's not

i have tried getting a refund for over a week. These people keep giving me the runaround. If your program doesn't support these file types, you better not buy. You will be stuck with it, And NO REFUND! CRAPPY SERVICE!!!

Tried reinstalling, it still crashes, either you're going to fix this problem or I want my money back!

Has to verify license every time you want to use it. If you don't have signal, it won't work

Content was relevant 10 years ago. Developers have never updated to current guidelines.

I tend to use this app daily. My complaints, like many others, are the images being saved in my gallery and having to download media files everytime you open it. Makes it difficult to use quickly. Otherwise, very helpful and great for refreshing on info not used all the time. Tina B., EMT-P using on Motorola Electrify.

Like everyone else I paid for this app. It worked for a bit and then constantly crashed. I couldn't go further into the app without having a window pop up and say "this application has suddenly stopped working" so I would select the Send Report option. I've sent off many reports and nothing has changed. Constantly being ignored. I rated this app 1 star but it isn't even worthy of that.

I have used this app numerous times in the past without issue. I recently upgraded to the S6 Edge, any upon re-downloading the app, it wont download the images and reads an errors saying issue with SD card. The S6 Edge has no slot for SD card, only the built in memory. Needs to be able to download to memory not just SD card.

Like all things EMS we get the rise & fall of the next great... The app constantly crashes on jelly bean & is in need of an update, including pics storage & the constant need to reload. Albeit issue prone, the app remains the easiest tool I've come across ever in EMS.

I purchased both this app and the critical are acls guide. The app itself is full of very useful information. My HUGE gripe is that the app does not open unless you have either a data connection or wifi connection. If you need to reference this app in the ambulance when there is no connection around, it renders the app useless. This is a big deal. I do understand that this developer is protecting his hard work, however I have needed to reference this guide in critical times of need only to be disappointed

Downloaded new update and now I have to download images everytime to get into program. Now I can't even get it to do anything. It has been uninstalled from phone. Guess it's time to look for something different. Hopefully they update soon since it's been so long since last update and looking at reviews it appears they don't read them or if they do they don't list to what customers are saying.

I have had this app for a while now that I have new phone it will not load and crashing while loading pics. I am becoming unhappy with android.

I loved this app when I first bought it for the iOS, it was very helpful and is a great reference for either on the way to a call or after a call to review what happened! I would give it 5 stars if not for the fact that it continually crashes on a regular basis when I hit certain buttons within the app (I find the "continue reading" button to be the worst offender). If the publisher would address some of these problems it would be great, otherwise this is an excellent guide for the busy paramedic today.

My phone does not have an SD card what can I do if nothing please refund my money.

I use to LOVE this app but it would fail anytime I tried to continue to a second page of any given section. I uninstalled then reinstalled like suggested and does it the same thing. Crashes when you try to open a page. So do I get my money back since this product is no good? Doubt it.

I have always used this app and loved it. However upon purchasing my Galaxy s6 I found that it will not download all the illustrations the app needs, and won't run unless it finishes downloading. Fix this glitch and I will change my rating.

I purchased this years ago. Now when I start it it wants me to login. So it's a purchased app that won't let me use it without entering extra data.
