EMS Field Partner
Designed for all Public Safety Personnel, this Application was conceptualized by the EMS professionals of the West Penn Allegheny Health System of Pittsburgh, PA and developed by Ritter Mobile Technology, Germany .
The AHN EMS Field Partner enables the provider to not only quickly reference referral information for medical and trauma emergencies, but also provides the ability to link directly with Medical Command at the receiving AHN hospital. The GPS function provides accurate coordinates to LifeFlight dispatch to speed the dispatch of helicopters when needed.
Other functions within the EMS Field Partner are:
• Identifiers for Hospital Specialty Treatment
• Directions from the scene of the emergency to appropriate AHN hospitals
• AHN Staff references and contact information
• AHN EMS Pocket Reference
• Pennsylvania’s BLS & ALS Protocols
Although all Public Safety Providers may utilize the EMS App, registration is required for full activation and functionality. Registration is free and will take less than 5 minutes.

This app is very handle and resourceful for finding info you need as a emt/paramedic while in the field or just to use to obtain info in general
It will not install on phone.. its android and i dont know why it wont. It was previously installed. Any help?

The new update is great! So much easier to use. This is a must have for anyone in EMS.
The latest update has fixed the problem with the new Android plarform. Well done. The ekg transmission and protocols make this a valuable app.

Very easy to use and love having access to protocols at my fingers. Everyone should have this app, love the update for easier access to protocols.
Needs a more user friendly "home" screen. PDF docs load slow. EKG shot is a great feature.

I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 with the recent update, most of my complaints were fixed. I can now use it without having the gps on and use adobe pdf reader, which is good cause pdf readers are either pay to use of free and awful
Fixed all problems with pdf documents working for the Droid incredible. GPS doesn't have to be enabled to start the program, for info.
Its a great app....but accessing PA protocolsis sometimes slow or not at all and have experienced forced close many times can this be fixed?

FYI- ONLY 4 a certain hospital group & helicopter service in region. Tnx 4 update- GPS not needed 2 open app. Turn it on 4 heli & direction 2 hosp

Despite my GPS being active, I cannot open it. I deleted it.
Best app ever use it everyday I love this feature where I can dispatch a helicopter it's a life saver
Like it so far.. everything works and opens fast. Good to have information always at hand.
Crashes when sending 12 leads. Using a galaxy s10, not sure if it's the new phone, haven't had this issue before with the app but it really needs addressed. Tried all the usual fixes. Super frustrating. Hope to get it solved and would review at 4 stars otherwise.
