I previously reviewed this app poorly because it wouldn't function without an unavailable add on app. since then, I've been in contact with jason, the developer, and he got it all squared away. This app is great, it allows you to record times, mileage, and all the patient info you need. Awsomenjob creating an app that's easy to you, yet very useful!
As an Private Event Medic, I find EMS Notes simple to use and covers all my PCR requirements. Only issue I find, is the Apps Dark Background can be difficult in direct sun light to see the contents and navigate through its various pages.
The app will NOT function without Adobe AIR which you cannot get for Android anymore! I want my money back or the problem fixed! This is flat out robbery!!
App won't work without another app installed which is no longer available in the play store.

Screen rotate whe signing forms does not work on samusung galaxy j5
Can you make it so it shows patient info in imperial and not metric for those of us here in the US. Also, I cannot get our logo to print on the patient reports. Does not matter what logo or size I pick.
The best ePCR App so far I have seen and the quick return on queries and assistance is amazing. Definitely recommending this to my friends and colleagues
Font is small even after adjusting to the "XL" size in settings. Input boxes remain the default dinky size. Makes it easy to log times and that's normally a pain for me. Hopefully I can give a five star review if the font problem is fixed.
Seems decent, just downloaded havent had a call yet but played around with it. Seems pretty good but writing is so small its hard to read. Fix that for 5 stars
Love the ability to add logo and easy to use. Makes writing my EMS reports easier on the go.
I would love this app if i could read the fonts. It is WAY WAY TOO small. Please fix!

Great App, But would love to see a section for RTS. PCR has a nice layout and easy to read.
The font and table sizes are incredibly small after purchasing the galaxy s4
Emailed developer regarding some changes needed to signature forms for UK users - got a quick reply asking what was needed.... and a few days later an update was available! Great work
I use in industrial setting on my androind phone when doing ems response
It was working fine until I upgraded to jelly beans now it does not work at all it needs a major update
The user interface is very poorly designed. I was using it on a 10 inch Samsung tablet and found that the blocks to enter info didn't properly fill the screen. Cutting of parts to enter info and save. Do not waste your money on this app. It does not fill the screen properly and very hard to use user interface.
