App was great for almost 6 years until I got my Note 9. I called their support team and it seems there's a compatibility issue. They need to do an app Update/Upgrade to be compatible with newer devices, but there's no info on when that will happen. My Note 4 and Ellipsis 7 Tablet work fine with the app.
Can't get app to work. App worked when I first opened it, except for being able to swipe a card (never connected to card reader). So I closed the app and as soon as I did, the app crashed. Now I can't get the app to open at all, so I uninstalled. Using a Samsung Note 8.
I am just starting to setup my EMS+ merchant account and tried their service, but the app keeps crushing when I try to open it. I sent them crush report or feedback from the app built in report, so far no one responded to my report. After having issue with the EMS+ reader I have been ordered the MP200 bluetooth reader, still I am having issue connecting to my Samsung Galaxy S8+ newer phone with a current version, so what I recomend is EMS to Update the software with a working version for Android
Successfully got into app once, appears okay to use once in, but the app keeps unpredictably crashing when I try to use it. What's the point of a card reader if I have to flounder and restart my phone with a client sitting in front of me waiting to pay? What an embarrassment. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
installed the app after trying to sign up for 2 days. the app looks/works nothing like the app pictured on the website. you sign up expecting a POS app and you end up with a crappy warehouse invoicing app. further it doesn't support barcodes like the site says it does.
App does not work! Whwn I try to charge card it says prelaring swiper but never works. Then the app crashes every time I open it. Tried to reinstall but same thing happens every time!
Crashes evrytime can't even stay on for 2 seconds terrible app update : with the October 28th update it seems like they finally fixed the crashing issue for Android I'm keeping a close eye on how well the app functions ..

I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to use the app, unless i leave it open in the background. very annoying.
Horrible app. Installed and opened once. Tried to change a category and had to close app. Now app will not open.
This app doesn't work. As soon as you launch it, it crashes. I just received my reader in the mail today. I am highly disappointed.
Horrible experience in every way. Wasted a month before finally going with square, who we've had zero issues with. Its not worth tbe tiny bit you would save in fees. Customer service is a joke.
app keeps closing and find myself installing and reinstalling to make it work. Prompt fix is required, soon moving out of EMS if issue is not resolved.

Just got my card scanner today I wish the app worked...if that's a sign of what's to come I think I might be better off keeping square just in case.

This company is totally crooked. In January we had a chargeback - over $1900 was deducted from our account. We disputed the chargeback. Then in May they deducted the same amount AGAIN from our account. Was told it would be refunded in 48-72 hours. NOW we are told that EMSplus closed our account and we have to wait 180 days to be refunded our monies. This for a deduction that should have NEVER been done again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR PROCESSING NEEDS!!! There are better companies out there!!!!

app crashes after one use. has to be uninstalled and reinstalled every time. Not a very efficient method for running a business. This along with multiple problems since being set up with my pos system from this company has made for a terrible experience.
