11/02-You CAN log on but that's about as far as I was about to go to access my reports. App opens but can't get the reports I'm working on despite trying everything I could think of. No settings section, no way to search for open reports by date. Did show a run from this morning that wasn't mine so that's a big HIPPA no-no.. Very disappointing, very frustrating. Work is going to a different software system soon so I'm not putting more effort into it than I already have.
...... Updated 10/24/20 : The app will miss load and not crash right away. Once the issues are figured out with how to be able to scroll or not not have keyboard always show I think it will be a great app. Look forward to seeing future updates. Only issue is with smaller screens like cell phones for charting on the go. Went from 1 star to 3 star.
*UPDATE* 10/24/20. I am very pleased with the new update. I have been able to open and use charts only if connected to the internet or only if I open charts with initial internet connection. I can only give it 3 stars because of this. It is imperative to be able to open charts offline with no initial internet connection as I work in a very rural community. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab s4. And thank you to the app team for reaching out to me and improving upon this app so that it can be used.
It's been months and the app won't open. Has not been fixed. This is the clunkiest charting system and the app offers a bridge to chart when it works. Brand new galaxy s series phone.
Garbage app! Can't even get past loading master files. Never actually launches. Tried installing again 6/4/2020. Still crashes instantly. Update 9/2/2020: Still doesn't launch, crashes instantly.
Have zero problems using emscharts on any computer but always comes up with a error when trying to log in with the app . So app is useless find it funny that developer only answer good comments when there are tons of bad ones . I would rate it negative stars if It was a option
Not even worth trying. I tried to log in and got an error code to the effect of "nothing for you in zoll, go away" but, I was just on zoll in chrome. . . the app is incredibly flawed just like everyone is saying. Oh, and absolutely no "help" or "contact us" sections
Garbage, every aspect of this entire system is garbage. Makes charting and working in EMS no fun anymore. They dont even know the difference between subjective and objective findings. I hate my life, thanks ems charts.
03/2022 Zoll, please fix this app. Like others have stated when trying to login it comes up with a error code. Fix this!! There is a reason why people are moving away from zoll software.
Crashes constantly. Annoying to have to sign in over and over. Stuck using the web site and its so so slow.. I can barely use it when actually working.
Agree with everyone else. Doesnt even open past the loading screen. Just immediately crashes. Would have been helpful to start a chart
Now working on my tablet after update. But occasionally crashes. Still some bugs to work out. But overall like it.
It crashes evertime I open the app. It say its having to download the update but it crashes right after.
Cant give it lower than 1 star as it will not even open. EMSCHARTS as a whole is a terrible experience and needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
This software is just an incredible piece of garbage. The amount of errors in the software leads me to believe that they're trying to troll the EMT's.
Not syncing... if you start a chart on a computer you can't finish it on the app
CRASHES. Will not open. Downloaded it on my Samsung galaxy s10+ and not once would it actually open to work 😡
Crashes nonstop refuses to actually open on my note 9. Will to give time for Zoll to sort this out, but so far unimpressed.
App wouldn't recognize my credentials, "no services" even after verifying on the web version...
Useless... Ridiculous... Won't load... Constantly crashing... Save yourself a headache stick to the web version

No matter if I'm on phone or my tablet the app crashes repeatedly. The issue luckily does not cause charts to be lost anymore, but the app literally is not usable. Once the crashing starts, there is no fixing it. Luckily my tablet works well with the web version, but I should not be forced to use the web when the app is available. This issue needs to get fixed immediately! The ipad version has issues, but it is not this bad.
