It's a shame because the controls are nice, the visual dot makes it easy to control, but it's really awful that you can't map them or move around, you can't evem make them transparent. Very few options, the audio sounds bad and I can't press the start button, it just doesn't work. With a few more tweaks, adding more settings and better quality this could be the best emulator.

While it works great and the ads aren't too bad, PLEASE give us the option to relocate controller buttons. The Start button is too far to the left in landscape mode, it keeps bringing up the options menu, super annoying. Almost all touchscreen emulators allow players to rearrange the buttons, so it definitely feels missing here. I have a problem where it's not updating the save when I save in-game, no save data available when the rom is booted. Using save states instead for now.

Pros: -FREE -has ads, but so infrequently you hardly notice them -easy to load roms and save/load state -good control scheme Cons: -no fast forward buttons for those long battle scenes in some games -can only save/load one state per game. Leads to paranoia when playing an rpg. Really solid emulator. Ads are so infrequent that I'm always surprised to see them! They're also rather brief. Great app overall.

Very good emulator. The only thing i think missing is customizing the controller since i cannot access the menu using only the 3rd party joystick. Overall it is very easy to use and there are no issues of incompatibility.

Your MegaDrive emu is/was amazing!! I got to play sonic 3! Not only that, but, whenever you leave the app and like a day after, it immediately goes back to the game! Though, I think you should lower the add rate, and add a resume button. Great emulator!!

I've tried a few different games with no visual or audio issues. As even the best on-screen controls are terrible, adding controller support would be the final step to making this the perfect app for emulating Genesis games.

It runs ROMs. That's it. Nothing special about it. UI is average. One major drawback: ROM must be in the Download folder of the phone's internal storage for this app to "find" it. That's a deal breaker for me.

The audio is even more worse than actuall hell, Seriously. When i started playing Sonic 3D Blast: Flicky Island the audio became even worse and worse and even more worse Please fix this audio. It might be too much for just now, thank you

So this app would be great if I could load the games off my memory card and not the "downloads" folder on my phone's internal storage like the app asks. Every other emulator lets me choose my SD card except for this one. 🙁

So if you put your roms into the download folder it will find your roms. However you cannot search for roms in other folders. My blue tooth controller 8bitdo would not work with this emulator. This emulator is very limited in what it can do.

No way to map a controller? The on screen button layout is terrible. It's very generous to say the settings are "limited". Extremely bare bones emulator.

The app is great but when I try to record it with internal audio no sound is heard can you optimize the sound of the app so it will work with screen recorders with internal sound

It runs the roms but it's for some reason it's running them slow. Not as taking long time to load or lagging, I mean it's just being put into a slight slow-mo

It works but it's rubbish at keeping saves. I created a save state for one of the games but when I loaded the emulator, it didn't recognise it. Sort this out!

This is the best genesis/mega drive emulator on the app store. It's easy to load your games,the app is easy to navigate,they have a save state feature.5 stars

I can get sonic3 complete but for some reason when i try to get sonic in knuckles chaotix it just said sonic in chaotix.bin also zip i dont understand it when i loaded it in but it turned black never worked why does that happen well maybe its a problem with sonic retro idk how to fix this:(

Good emulator. It runs SEGA Genesis games nicely. But when I load 32x Games like knuckles' Chaotix, it freezes up and sometimes crashes.

The definitive Sega Genisis emulator in my opinion, bunch of room for customization and the button layout is perfect, overall emulation is also perfect! 👌

The best Genesis/MegaDrive emulator. I love the D-pad as it makes games almost as easy as using a hardware controller.

There need to be an option to configure the control. Also ,the game is choppy with lag and sound cutting out

This is great! My only problem is that I dont know where battery saves are stored, I would like to insert one of my own save files

I rate it a 3 reason:idk if this is my speaker but the audio is corrupted hen I play anygame even a prototype.again,idk if this is my speaker problem but the app is good.i was able to play the sonic 1,2,3 prototype s!

I love this emulator, it has no bugs, no glitches, it runs roms perfectly. Pls add Bluetooth gamepad support cuz i wanna use my ipega gamepad for this emulator

It's good but I can't play 2 player with my friend on sonic 3 complete can you please add a two player mode otherwise this app is awesome thank you

I love this app it plays well but can you fix the audio, and make options to where we can map out our layout of the controller?

There's nothing wrong with this emulator, it's exactly how the games used to sound and play on saga genesis, when it came out on the market!

This emulator is very good but there is crispy audio and whenever there is crispy audio the game slows down with it? How to stop it?

It works good but on my phone the sound does not work that good and dont get me started on the controller.

Button layout is bad, audio sounds bad, and it took a while for a game to load
