ENA Coach is a bus and shuttle company being run by ENA Investments Limited. The company has been operational since 2010 but has been operating under a different SACCO.
With Experience in the PSV industry and courier services, ENA Coach in partnership with Explorer Parcel Handlers (EPH) has evaluated the challenges and come up with better services to offer exemplary services. ENA Coach covers more than 30 routes within Kenya and is working round the clock to add more routes within Kenya and the greater East African region.

There's no full satisfaction to customers owing to ticket manipulation. I should have as a loyal traveller the full choice of coach type, seat number selected and time planned to travelled. Forcing me to travel earlier just because I checked in to print, and changing my seat and coach of choice is a thumbs down!
The app is the best thing that happened.Easy to use and convenient. My problem is with your staff. The driver is kind of Nairobi town service matatu drivers. Always in a hurry to overtake and unnecessary hootings.
Why do you take long to send an otp code so as to verify the account. I have not started using your services am just setting my account but I can't set it successful because you haven't sent any verification code
Travelling with ena coach is really cool, also there app is very nice. I have used it several times to book for tickets when me or my friends are travelling from Mombasa to Migori
This the second time I'm downloading the app but it has refused to be verified... you are not sending me the otp verification...I Feel bad
App won't get past the verification part, been waiting for the otp for over 48 hours now,I had to book a different bus
It requires a lot of information but not yet programmed well especially date of birth part

DON'T trust this app with your money, infact don't use ena coach at all I've lost both money and belongings through them, stay safe and use other busses
Forget about the useless app first. The business itself has the worst and poorest customer service. They're tribal agents. They are generally rude and don't know how to handle their customers. If you try using their parceling services be rest assured you'll not only loose your luggage but also get arrogant responses concerning your percel.. You will also wait for longer HOURS as they serve their tribe first before they finally get to you with their disappointments even if you were the first.
App not working, I'm registering and told 'OTP sent failed' I don't understand it

So pathetic booking says one thing upon arriving booking offices you get another thing so annoying why can't you be specific
You book and travel 2hours later..if you were to catch with your job then you may be sent away

for four days now am yet to receive OTP. Now I have received OTP but it ain't verifiable
Works well with me. I got the app when it was released and have been using it to book my trips successfully. However, have heard complaints of late since I recommended it to my friends. Kindly work on updating the app, not only prices. Customers should be first priority and give them a more advanced and exemplary treatment.
