It's great! I like being able to check payment posts from anywhere! I love everything about this app except the limited amount of times I can transfer funds. Encompass has great people, too. 💕💕💕 I like being able to make my car payments through the app, too.
I absolutely HATE this app! I have an account with another credit union as well, and the app they use is MUCH more user friendly, more secure, and is so secure, that you're not required to reset your password every so often.
Overall, it is a good app. It is not a possibility to view all features with all browsers, unfortunately.
User friendly! Great app lets me do fast money transfers! Although, there is a limit to the amount of transfers which i feel there shouldnt be.
Love the accessibility of money management in just a few clicks. Mobile deposit option means fewer trips to the bank! Easily transfer funds instantly with the app!
Too complex to pay your credit card. Its 2020....you should be able to login and pay any of your loans...credit cards etc with a debit card. Having to add accounts and move money and taking days to move it seems slow.
This app used to work until it doesn't take my password which I have reset many times when I am on my home computer it works but not for the mobile app just about as reliable as the bank itself and those who work there
Being able to see my transactions and balance at any given time is truly an amazing thing. Love it!

Won't work after 5g update on Galaxy S9!!! Coworker had the same issue. Edit...working now as of 3/1/19
not very user friendly, but functional. i hate having to reset my password every other timebi log in.

Samsung Galaxy users are getting locked out of their accounts. until an update is available do not use with your phone.
Same problem, app won't work after 5g update but before it was a really good app to use

Have no problems using the app
Very handy with keeping an eye on your accounts. Very easy to transfer funds to other accounts and even other Encompass Credit Union members!! The remote deposit is great when you need to cash your check if it's later in the day or you just want to cash it asap. Encompass staff is always quick to get your remote deposit into your accounts too. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions. I love this app and have been a member since 2007!
