Are digital field level hazard assessments even acceptable?

It's alright. A few times it malfunctioned and deleted my claims and I had to rely on Google's tracking of my whereabouts to try to decipher how long it took to investigate as few claims. It would be helpful if the address was included on the form once the investigation is complete and you review the forms in in view submission mode or if the actual claim number displayed. Instead there's this random Encore order number that no one in the company uses. 🤔
