Great content. Worth the few dollars for the paid version. Loses one star because the UI is clunky and bloated - no ability to rewind, only restart the whole session, and to adjust any playback options other than volume you have to go via the settings menu, where radio buttons or check boxes on the main page would be far more user friendly.
I could have opted for premium on first look but since I downloaded free version, it provided me zero options to see where my money is going to end up. Either make free something worthy that one jumps to premium automatically without hesitations or make it premium altogether. There's nothing I could take away from this free version. Add posts for breaking procrastination. Sad.
the best narrator i have found in this app after trying several others... The voice is very clear and soothing... The background souds are also amazing... But the narrator is matchless... I am never able to finish the whole session, i fall asleep within 15 mins.... the length of the session must have been a little shorter...
I already purchased this application from the vender. I just tried to restore it. The application says I need to repurchase. I like this brand. I will not be making anymore purchases. I intent on purchasing most of the brand. I have even downloaded it audio. The brand can not be trusted.
It was working before I even realised it. I found myself bit by bit, becoming organised in certain area of my life. I highly recommend it.

Gets you thinking about reasons for procrast. and how to work with it successfully. Wish they had a discount if you buy several of their apps.
It seemed long so I procrastinated instead of watching it and ended up deleting it. Procrastination wins.
I dont like that you have to pay to upgrade each topic of hypnosis, it should be a flat fee for all the topics.

Best app ever
I have been using this app and 6 other Surf City Apps for the last 3 years. I downloaded the pain relief app after surgery and it is wonderful! They all are. The narrator is great, very soothing. The music is awesome and I love being able to change it up with so many selections! The theta waves make a big difference and it's nice that it is optional. But the absolute best feature is the extended play feature that allows me to set the music to play for any number of hours up to 8. LOVE THESE APPS
