Energy Meter Reader
Default value for imp /kWh is 1000, currency is Euro and energy cost 5 cents / kWh.Supported languages: ENG, FIN.Supported currencies: EUR, GBP, RON, USD, CZK.
Instructions:
- set your imp/kWh value and energy price under settings (you can leave price setting empty).
- navigate back to scan view and point the camera to the blinking light in front of the energy meter.
- hold the phone in upright position.
- move close enough and the measurement starts automatically.
- hold the phone still and wait for two blinks to register.
- view previously saved results from the History view. You can delete old measurements by long clicking item in history list.
You can also use continuous measurement mode by enabling it from settings.

useless app. does not detect the blinking led even with camera lens 1cm from led. app meant to do one simple thing but cannot do it
App insists phone has to be vertical even though it can see the single led fine horizontally it refuses to try and read if phone is not held vertical and since the phone wont fit in the space vertically this app is useless. Why? The orientation of a single flashing light changes nothing!
Wildly inaccurate - changing the impulse/kW doesn't change the readout.
Fixed at 1000 Imp / kWh. Even after changing setting to 3200, still using 1000 / kWh A similar app which asks for the value before use, works fine but doesn't have the option of calculating cost so shame this app doesn't work properly. Have to manually divide figure by 3.2 (our meter is 3200 Imp / kWh) to get correct reading.
Unfortunately does not work, readings fluctuate between absurd values low and high (no I don't use 54 kW)
Bad not detecting
Obviously only works if your meter has a blinking LED. My blinking one doesn't, so this blinking app is no use to me!

Would not allow me to put a decimal point in the price setting, so useless
Fluctuates a lot on continuous reading. Can it have an option to read more slowly but accurately? Like counting the number of LED pulses over 60 seconds or the time for 10 pulses? Would make readout slower but a lot more accurate.
