Can never see my balances or open the app. Very disappointing 😞 to keep downloading app to have it not work. All you see is a white screen. What good is it? Time to swap power companies
Great, clear simple direct and easy to navigate. Busy people couldn't ask for a better app.
This application is not working. I haven't been able to see my energy bill, usage or any details. I keep refreshing, reinstalling and reopening the app multiple times but it just shows 'Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.' However this 'later' hasn't arrived yet. Please look into the matter.
Always easy to deal with. Moving home and taking the power with you is a breeze! Just wish we could have kept prompt payment discounts!

Just changed my address on the account. Done in a few minutes. Much easier than sitting on the phone at a call center.

Best app, best service, best company. Just spent less than 30 seconds moving service to a new house AND added gas at the same time. Currently on hold to Spark for 10 minutes and no one to talk to yet (just as a comparison)
No order or account history on LPG at all. Cannot see when payments were made and does not show current LPG prices. It's like ordering in the dark and wait for the bill to see what I have to pay. The account shows $0 on the day that a debit order is suppose to go off even though it was not yet processed and if for some reason it does not get processed it stays $0 on the app, only to get an email later saying that you have defaulted. So mainly the app is very very poor to rely on.
Takes ages to load. Usage and their billing is not easy to understand, probably will change providers as unsure if I have a good deal or not
So far we have had a great experience. Easy app, easy billing and payment.
Since the update I cant see anything. It keeps coming up with loading. I can't make any payment and I can't see my power usage. I have tried uninstalling the app and installing it again about 3 times and still nothing. This needs to be fixed otherwise some people may end up leaving energy online.

This is the most fantastic Electric company app I have ever used. It's easy to understand, easy to navigate, and designed beautifully. The design aesthetic gets me, I'm obsessed with how smooth it is to use, and I know exactly how much I'm using and spending... Would defs reccomend..
Just lately the app stopped showing you the daily usage. All it shows is the bill due. Which is not very useful is it? I have emailed the companies app team but looks like they cant be bothered. So maybe it's time to switch to a company who cares.
This use to be a awesome app but now can't see daily or monthly usage just the bill amount each month. I have changed phone numbers but can't even change that on settings. Very Very basic indeed.
I struggle to understand the usefulness of this app. It only shows you how much you owe and allows you to make a cc payment but once this is done (monthly) it's pretty much useless. C'mon Energy Online, you can do better than that!!
Your guys app isn't working I've uninstalled reinstalled still showing a blank white screen?!
I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and still can't see my monthly usage since the new app update. I can see daily usage but really need to see monthly usage so am finding this frustrating. After emailing to let energy inline know, they just said I needed to reinstall.... doesn't work!!
App is excellent, 2 taps and a new gas bottle is done, so quick and simple.

Very slow app to open once down loaded and then sometimes it doesn't even open up the app. tried uninstalling then re installing the app but still not loading. please fix this issue otherwise it's a good app.
