Update: Unable to even login to the app now. Asks to verify, but nothing happens on clicking "Get Code". Can't get to the window where I can access the feedback section. Update: Emailed them and got a reply within minutes, acknowledging the issue. That goes a long way in customer service. Worth a 5 star when the issue is fixed. //I have used this in the past and it used to work. Recently switched phones and when I tried to add my account today, it throws an error that the "User ID does not exist"//
Old version good running the app but new version not acceptable TNEB service number. Old version table chat history very good .kindly upgrade new version strongly
Initially it work very smooth. Even after each update it creates trouble. In past adding accounts, now creating user accounts. What's ??. Normally we think the update gives additional future but we,?? Once I referred to my friends group & they also enjoying this app. Now all of them to decide to delete.
At present excellent. In future if you update to a new version I don't know how this app performs....
New version not working at all... but old version is very usefull app.. please make it working.

The app used to be good. Now it turned to be waste of space. Uninstalling it
Unable to add account after reinstall - says user does not exist - tried different connection no.s
I loved this app before, but now it's waste of space, unable to add user always says invalid user, send con. No through feed form, but nothing happend.
Couldn't add new account details and as per your commitment it should had been worked before Jan 2017 but till date no updation.. which means u r only to collect t customers details for your commercial purpose

Sent email. They said it's not working. Thats it. No fixes. Uninstalled now.

I am using this application regularly. But the latest version 6.0 is very worst. Because data from site is not fetching to the app in refresh. Now no use for it.
