As with everyone else, error message, and cannot make payment. Why have the app if you aren't updating or correcting errors? C'mon for Pete's sake, its is 2021!!! Why is technology getting worse!?!? Oy.
It would be great if I could EVER use the usage tool.. Instead of getting an error! Fix this error and it would be 5
I never could get it to allow me to access it to use. It didn't matter what I tried to do couldn't get the app to come up in Play store
Forgot password tried to reset what I put in is wrong have not bean able to get it reset

i love who our power is with. We use the "pay as you go" method which works great..., however on mondays it would be really nice if Energy united would wait until 5 before cutting power

The app worked okay for me. Was able to see bill history and pay my bill by bank draft. But be aware that you have to pay a $2.30 fee per payment, regardless of whether you use a credit card or bank draft. That's $27.60 in unnecessary fees per year. I'll probably just start mailing a check again.
Wish they would allow me to pay multiple accounts in 1 transaction, so I don't incur multiple processing fees, can do that on the web, but not on this app. History is incorrect, it also shows overdue, when it was paid 2 weeks earlier than due date. I think premature release,
Literally nothing about this app functions correctly. Impossible to pay your bill if your bill doesn't appear or appear correctly! No real-time usage. Doesn't show accurate statement balances. Shows zero balance for most months or just some random amount like $13.10 for ALL past statements. *Completely unreliable*. An app this poor is likely compromising in security and data safety as well. I expect so much more from this company. Sad.
Constant errors. Stuck on stupid. Doesn't save my log in info. Does not update. I have to call to get account balance. Have un-installed and re-installed and still same problem. Please fix this app!
If you have prepaid power pay attention because the amount is never right on your account... It makes no sense at all... And you can't tell the difference in positive it negative in your account

Does not show daily usage. Not letting me log in is another problem. I say i would go back to old app!
But won't load Bill, Usage info or balance details to let me Pay! :( so maybe forced to do App.

I got the app and went to enroll and then went to log in "user already exist" was on the phone with them can't no one help with the app. Removed!
I hate this electric company...i wish we could choose our electric supplier..but no stuck with the worst company ever...I want Duke Energy..Ill say it again I absolutely hate this company

I'm continuing to get an error that says a payment cannot be processed at this time. Trying to add new payment method, same error message. Changing to paperless billing, same error message.
