ENERJ SMART

Rubbish. Got this as a freebie with Home Insurance, the doorbell itself is fine. A bit of a palaver to set up, but then works fine. The App is total rubbish. If you do not subscribe to their unnecessary and costly ”services” it stops working and causes numerous problems with your device. Do Not Buy!

Doorbell camera itself is OK. The option to use a memory card instead of paying for motion sensor recordings is fake in my experience, as the option isn't there, even with a recognised memory card inserted. Also the cloud fee has increased. So not great tbh

Bought some smart plugs with energy monitoring features. App is useless for these devices. First off I had to pair them manually. Got them working fine as smart plugs so hardware I think is okay but the app's power monitoring features are terrible. A V W kWhr readings all okay (a little laggy but hey) but the daily usage reading is pointless. No hourly average, daily average, or weekly average. Can't upload the readings to analyse elsewhere either.

App on the smartphone is excellent, This app is really easy to use and understand what I'm doing. this app-connected immediately with my light. & other home appliances. I have found that if I needed to create or change the lighting schedule I had to do it before the lights turned on or after they turned off. If I created or changed anything about the schedule then it would turn the light off while it updated. While it's not the biggest deal, but this app didn't support property on iOS devices

Cool APP, simple network, smooth control. The main issue I looked in the beginning was multiple times the APP smashed. Thus, if it's not too much trouble fix it for the future clients. otherwise It's cool!!! Very easy and convenient to use smart app. I am really happy with the interface of the application.

Lots of unfair reviews here - lots of the problems Ive read can be resolved in settings or correct set up but I will grant the UI is not really intuitive. The Camera Event Viewer screenshots events but there is no highlight on the playback to show you areas that may be of interest (leads to wasted time trawling footage). Also, even on low sensitivity the camera is triggering, ideally painting out areas of low interest would help to avoid false notifications from car headlights etc. Does the job.

Not a very intuitive app and minimal support. Have the doorbell and now don't receive push notifications (perhaps since Samsung android update) Reset device, turned on all notification and done the same with phone. Pictures are taken when there is movement but no phone notification. Tried on two Samsung phones and will try on an an iPhone.

I've utilized this application related to a 2 and 3 pack attachment to work outside lights. It's an incredible application as far as programming choices for on and off tasks. Likewise, the attachments fill in as ordinary attachments as well. if you have no WiFi out of the blue, which is uncommon on rivalry items. Amazing app for control home appliances. I would recommend this to all my family and all tech lovers.

Doesn't connect. Just displays "Establishing encrypted connection" message but never connects. If you reboot your phone, it will connect for a while then stop. I have a doorbell camera. When somebody presses the doorbell, my phone rings. I press connect but it never connects so if I'm not in, delivery drivers just leave. Which was the whole point of getting the doorbell !! I also have a dome camera. Exactly the same issue. USELESS!!!!!

Absolute rubbish. AVOID Wish I'd read other peoples experiences before buying this. Everyhing I've read on here seems to be the same issues I have. Connects for 20 seconds then spends the rest of the time on a black scren trying to reconnect but never does. Chime rings loudly over and over when it disconnects. Checked the connectivity speed of the wifi card in my camera, can only connect to a router at 0.97 Mbps when it's 2-feet away. Couple this with all manner of buggy software issues makes for a terrible user exprience. Perfect example of what happens when you have a good idea but cut corners and costs to get it to market. CS tried to tell me that the problem was my ISP upload speed wasn't fast enough for their video relay. Worked dine with Clever Dog, Ring and Euly products in 1080p from much further away. Just save your money and your sanity - buy somethign else somewhere alse.

Works OK but poor playback features compared to other apps. No ability to review footage from IP cam continuously from (for example) the night before. Slider scale is hopeless made worse by grey on black contrast. You would have to view time line on a 55inch TV to select clips accurately. Presumably easy to fix!

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS! I have ENERJ smart door bell camera. It's useless! Can't even set the thing up. Doesn't register QR code no matter how much I try so it's useless and a waste of money. No customer support whatsoever. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Have doorbell and camera has stopped working I only have it a couple on months....uninstalled/reinstalled reset but nothing....keeps saying looking for encryption file ???? A waste of money 🤬

The newest update fixed all the issues. Now i can connect all my smart home appliances very easily. Thank you so much! The user-interface is very nice, the app easily controls all my smart appliances just one click . and I have to buy 2bulbs, plugs, motion and door sensors, and it all runs flawlessly.

The UI is superb and it is very intuitive, Provides a pretty comprehensive analysis of power used and is very user-friendly, hats off to the developer. Using the app has made control over all the lights and electronics, simple and added safety to our home, Easy to install, very user friendly. The app works perfectly with many smart devices, Lots of robust features like a timer and voice command. Absolute rubbish, keeps saying offline and when I try to add my doorbell again, the app can't find it. Wouldn't recommend

The most up to date update fixed every one of the issues. Presently I can interface all my shrewd home apparatuses effectively. Much obliged to you to such an extent! The UI is extremely pleasant, the application effectively controls all my brilliant apparatuses only a single tick . also, I need to purchase 2bulbs, attachments, movement and entryway sensors, and everything runs flawless

I use enerj smart mains outlets with this app. The latest version of the mains outlets is greatly improved and they connected without problem. I use this app to turn my pond pump on or off depending on wind speed and at Christmas control the outdoor lights. All good. If you are buying the mains outlet make sure you get the latest version which just has one usb outlet. The original version has two usb outlets.

Bought 2 security light and motion camera but UI is terrible and event recording doesn't work properly at all. Doesn't record any events during the day but a few random ones, yet once it's dark security light constantly coming on and camera recording events all through the night when nothing is there. Useless, diabolical, can't be any worse or more of a waste of money and will be claiming monet back. If I could give negative 5 stars (or 5 poops) I would.

Bell no longer rings when pressed. When it does ring there the "call" cannot be answered as the "answer" button is greyed out. It worked perfectly within the first 2days of installation. Thinking of another alternative.

I've used this app in conjunction with a 1 & 2 gang socket to operate outside lights. It's a great app in terms of programming options for on and off operations. Also, the sockets work as normal sockets too if you have no WiFi for whatever reason, which is rare on competition products.

The application is incredible, in any case, two or three all the more extra is required. This APP can give its customers the best. Essential and strong. I use it to control a couple of sharp switches in the house. Cheers to the Ener-j gathering.

I love the ENER-J application. Use it to control the brilliant bulbs that I've as of late bought. The entire procedure is very easy. They organize well with my google home. On the off chance that you understand how to use the Google home application. It's very basic! and If you don't Ener-j will give you a bit by bit control in the application. I unequivocally prescribe it. Same convenience as the Philip's tone, anyway at a much practical measure of understanding

Really bad delay in notifications, the person has already left by the time it rings you.

The customer service has been excellent when i had initial set up problems , then there was a product technical issue, which was also resolved in a professional manner. I can recommend the ENER-J products and the support network ! It's amazing.😚😚

Poor UI, no software documentation. Will save video files to phone or tablet but file size is limited to 2GB (about 6.5 hours). I can't get the automation to work as there seems no way of adding a device to a smart scene.
