Not a good app. For reason it needs your permission for your location to connect through Bluetooth. That doesn't make any sense to me. Plus you have to make an account. Which means now they have your email and your location and now your name, date of birth, and to connect to another apps it needs your permission to have access for the whole profile. It doesn't just send the weight info it need to get some more info as well. This is so difficult not to mention shady.
The app is not working. When I attempt to register a new account, it will not progress beyond the page to input my email and create a password. I called the customer support line in the scale's user manual, and the rep said he had "never heard of this issue before," and would have to get back to me. Overall, really disappointed with a product that I had been looking forward to using. Thinking I will kust have to return the scale at this point.
This is a good tool to have and use, I love the Bluetooth feature and storing everything on my app. However, it should be simpler to remove an entry. I just tried to remove one day that measured wrong when I first got the scale(uneven flooring) and deleted the whole month.
Haven't been able to connect to my scale for a couple months. Decided to remove it and try to re-add. Won't find it even after removing from phone pairing and reboot. Love the scale but the app has always been mediocre. Now with no connection whatsoever, it's pointless.
Great app and easy to use with plenty of measurements to track. However in the trends tab, it does not display the data appropriately spaced. For example two measurements taken a week apart have the same distance between them as two measurements taken a day apart. It skews the graph
If you're gonna have the app run in the background all the time for some reason, stop sending me blank notifications every single minute. Also for everyone wondering why this app needs location access, it isn't the developers fault, on Android in order to access Bluetooth you have to request location access because your location can be indirectly determined via Bluetooth
App isn't pairing with the scale even though Bluetooth is on. Not sure how to troubleshoot because the instructions are very light. I have a Pixel 2 XL. Is that phone not supported? It's a good idea if it works.
Ive had no issues with the app. Tracks my weight and quite a few other things like BMI for example. 4 stars because sometimes the scale wont send the info via bluetooth if the app isnt open., I just open app before I weigh myself to ensure it goes through
Brand new scale, APP won't even let me create an account for set-up? Created an account via their website, uninstalled the APP, reinstalled and tried logging in as a registered user and nothing...this APP is useless and so is this brand new scale. I was super excited about getting it and now it's going back for a refund...get it together...
I can not get this App to work at all. I've installed and uninstalled and it still doesn't work! Basically I've bought a scale that only shows weight. Very disappointed! EnerPlex Fit, FIX your App!
i really dont know what low star issues people are having, but this app works great. my old scale was left behind when i moved to a new home. happy the app saved all my old data, now i can keep watching how much fatter im getting from the comfort of my own cheeseburger. i mean couch. *treadmill
I like it sometimes I don't think it's the right weight!? I also wish it would connect to different weight loss apps (Google fit, Fitbit ect.)but it's ok I guess
Can the app owners explain to me why this app requires GPS permissions to communicate with my phone via Bluetooth? Now the app (from a Chinese company) can track where I'm at in the world at any given time? No thanks. Privacy overreach and a security big red flag!
App Stopped Working! Downloaded app to use with EnerPlex Scale and setup user account; scale would not pair with Samsung phone, but would pair with Samsung tablet; user account stopped working, password/account reset does not work.
Ever since installation, my phone keeps buzzing like I received a notification. Found out it's coming from this app. Also, not sure why you need my location.
Well the scale itself works great and so does the app. Not that I'm happy with what it says LOL but it's very helpful and informative about your body. I even weigh my cat with it
Scale no longer connects when taking weight. It was previously working for about 5 days than stopped.

App not working on Samsung Galaxy S9 +. Took multiple tries to get past registration confirmation screen. Scale works and is synced to phone, but when I step off the scale it doesn't display or record any of the measurements, not even the weight. Just shows a quick "No member matches the given data" error at the bottom. Have uninstalled/reinstalled app multiple times and have created different accounts with different emails to no avail. Without a working app this scale is pretty much worthless to me and I'll definitely be sending it back.
