I used this app to pay for mobile prepaid STC. Money got deducted, but mobile line didnt get recharged. Its bizarre. Seems like money has lost. How to report this issue ?

Sir, people outside Kuwait also have a debit card in Kuwait while living here. Those people are unable to recharge their international side. For them, think of another option of debit card. You kept the option of Kent in it.

Why do I have to pay service charge to you? You should get your profit from zain because you're offering them a service, we customers will pay anyway so why would I use you're service and pau Extra charges while I can poor pay directly to zain?
