Reading articles an watching a video are possible but trying to access the rewards or submit a receipt for your rebate is extremely difficult and I have actually been unsuccessful still to this day. It makes me want to stop trying and just continue to get robbed each week since I can't get any money back or points or rewards for it anyway. Better luck to you!
They say you get points for uploading your receipts for Emfamil products purchased, but deny them saying the products are invalid. Then just to send an email, they want your name, address, city, state, and then a product survey. Seriously a waste of time. I'm deleting my account and the app. Its apparent that customer service is their last priority. I'm switching to Similac. I'm done with companies that expect your business instead of earning it.
I'll upload receipts, and it keeps saying there are no products that are eligible. I've even highlighted the formula on the receipts. It's within 30 days of purchase. I guess it's based on the size of the can. I guess you'll get points for bigger cans. Not the small ones.
As others have stated, uploading receipts is a pain. Also, the UI is fairly laggy and unresponsive.
Why subscriptions are not available in the app, I need to manage them through the site, where it doesn't work properly, throws errors... Terrible experience...
this app would be great if it actually let you upload receipts and UPC codes to earn points but I have to log in via my web browser to upload receipts to get points because it doesn't work in the app. I've downloaded this app to 3 different phones and it does the same thing on all of them. you hit the button upload receipt and it just sits there! it never pulls up your folder with the pictures in it! and the rebates section only works sometimes. I have to go back every 2 days to upload unti
Constantly loggs you out, won't let you log back in says "something went wrong" frustrating to try and use.
Since i uploaded the receipt i can't log in. I already changed my password multiple times but still can't log in. It is so frustrating.
Check out is difficult. It often redirects you to the webpage and you have to start over. There is no direct way to apply your coupons.
The app needs to be linked to the emails that are sent. I see these offers in My emails but they are not offered through the app. I had coupons sent by mail but they could have easily been added to my file for ease of use. You produce a great product but some work is needed on the app side.
I downloaded it in hopes of it to workwork, but I can't even create an account it always freezes.
Such disappointing experience with this app. All my rebates have been rejected because of "wrong" UPC when the exact UPC has been taken from the product. Receipts have always been submitted. I tried to address the issues. You can't even speak to anyone and the emails "fail to send." But you write a bad review, and they have the time to reply.
I have been registered since before my daughter was born and I have never been able log in on the website or using the app. It consistently tells me that my username or password is unrecognizable and when I reset my password it sends the password reset link to my email that I am trying to log in with and I am able to reset my password but it NEVER works. Great in theory, terrible in reality.
Cant upload receipts, no point in having this app take up room on my phone if i cant submit for the rewards program.
Accidentally deleted baby info from app. Contacted Customer Service twice, 1st time got product recommendation but no app assistance, 2nd time said it'll be routed to Web team but got no help since then. Every time I try to re-add baby info in app, the "save" button doesn't save anything. Says I'm "one week" pregnant the whole time after the accidental deletion, it's been almost a month now. Can't get accurate tips/product recommendations when app can't even track my correct pregnant status now.
So frustrated. Ever since I placed a monthly order, my cart disappeared and I can not change my order nor can I see any promo. savings deals. I cannot even add more products to my cart because there is no cart anymore. Any change I want to do in terms of purchasing, I have to call the company. Enfamil app is awfully annoying 😢. Once you put monthly purchase, the app becomes useless 😑
UPDATE: The app now works, albeit slowly. We can't do much with it as the program is lacking. My friends whose kids use Sim get coupons mailed to them just for being members. Not worth it. I'm with everyone else....... The app doesn't work as I can't login (but they definitely send ads), and the website won't let me upload receipts or interact through my profile/account in any way, including upload receipts. Going to uninstall. What a waste. I'm jealous of my friend's benefits through Similac.
The app itself is very informative, but the shop part of the app is not so good. I had placed an order, and besides for waiting much longer The original ship time, I got the wrong items and there is nobody to speak to. The email correspondents also take a very long time, I am waiting over 3 weeks for a response already.
I've used this app for maybe a few months. It's good but not great. It gets kinda annoying having to go to online to the website to upload receipts. And now that I've updated the app it's not letting me go on the app. It keeps saying update app when I already have. Very frustrating.
This app is not easy to use. There are no coupons on this app and you can't earn points from in store purchases like it states. You can earn points by purchasing within the app but it's obnoxious to use as well because it literally pulls up a browser within the app. Development needs some work.
I am so disappointed in this app! I have twins, and was using the coupons I was getting in the mail, and as soon as I signed up for this app those stopped coming. To make matters worse I wasn't able to upload UPCs or receipts. We're a family of 5 on 1 income now with infant twins!! I need those coupons back! I wish I could give negative stars. Enfamil fix this ASAP!!!
As a new mom, my days are very busy, and my little one requires most of my attention. Therefore, something must be important if I give it even the smallest amount of my time. This app has wasted so much of my precious time and left me frustrated. The pages load in an odd way, the links to upload recipts and upc codes don't work, the rebates are confusing, and I can't figure out how to submit recipts from online orders. I do not recommend this app and will be deleting it.
Frustrated every time I try to manage my account. I need to change my info and it never leaves the same screen even after I choose another section to go too. So I'm stuck with this subscription coming too far apart and can't seem to get it cancelled, even tried calling the number and can't ever reach a human.
They have very Good deals, and the app is always working. Glad to be apart of the Enfamil family
The app does not work. We have to use a computer to upload the receipts and UPCs and we can't see our rewards. The app just keeps spinning and never loads.

Helpful & informative app that has several useful articles. I was surprised to see a wide variety of topics that are of interest to new parents. As a first time mom, I have found this app helpful and informative. Also great for discounts/coupons on various formulas if you need them.
App does not work, multiple features advertised and unavailable. I guess you dont care much for customers experience if you allow your products to malfunction for days at the time. Multiple complaints from what i am seeing. App now tells me new version, asking fir updated - click on update takes me to same download version I already have, and wont allow me to continue. Not first time with issues, but first time complaining. Customer experience should be your first priority.
Doesn't let me upload receipts, I click the link to upload a photo from my phone and nothing happens. The in app feedback form also doesn't work, it throws some error about clear text.
Cannot upload pics of my receipts. I get an error message every time saying that my profile data cannot be fetched. It's frustrating. Another thing that's annoying is the profile data box that keeps popping up. I already have a profile. Why do I need to keep entering my name wvery time I click on the rewards link?
