This is probably the worst system I have ever experienced. I've been going to the quad county clinic for over a year and everytime I come, I leave within 10 minutes. With this new system, it takes an hour or more and the building is always full of people who also can barely hear the voice that calls out the numbers.. you cannot hear the voice , you cannot see the numbers on the screen at all. They're too small to read.thr estimated time on the app is WAY off. Terrible system. Hate it.

This app works most of the time with minimal issues. If I use it to check in to my clinic and then watch YouTube or make a phone call while I wait in line after I go back to the app it will not bring up the same info i had before. I'll have to hit the 'check in' or 'queue wait time' button again to bring back my info. Slightly annoying.. otherwise it's a good app and it's easy to bypass the location requirements for some clinics.

App constantly has issues, if its not one thing it's another. Either you can't log in at all and you have to get logged in by talking to receptionist and then the app allows you to see how long until you're second up and then when it's your turn. But that doesn't always work either. It's a very faulty app

I absolutely love this app, as before everyone is rushing to park and get inside, which has caused wreaks and people/kids almost getting hit. This app saves us from all that as long as your location is on and your close enough to the buliding you can be checked in before even being in the parking lot and that is lovely and I hope this continues. It has also kept people from Skipping the line and that happened alot..

The app repeatedly disappears from my home screen and Ill have to redownload it every morning to check in. I've heard of two other people at the clinic who have this problem. The 'time estimated' is never right and is usually off by about 30 minutes to an hour. The only positive is that it keeps the que in order, but on occasion I'll get to the window to dose and the nurse will say I'm not checked in and I'll have to check in again.

Basically unusable. l use my insurance and because of the way billing works with insurance s always have a balance showing. So Im never to check in. But even before I used insurance it wasn't accurate the want times were always off and still are. Honestly worse app lever used.

This place is very helpful if you have any addiction to any type of hard pain medicine and other prescriptions. The counseling is great and they really listen to you and have great ideas and suggestions for you to use in your recovery. If you follow the counselors suggestions you will and can succeed in this treaent program.

I have to say, my experience as a patient in a Methadone treatment program overall has improved dramatically since the unveiling & introduction of the Engage app. I believe it's been roughly 6 (SIX) or so months since this program was introduced to the clinic I attend and I can honestly say that throughout those 6 (SIX) months, my stress & anxiety levels have DRASTICALLY decreased! Just the simple fact of knowing I no longer have to *physically* wait in a line anymore is HUGE for me! 🥰

Getting in & out of the center is of great inportance to me, and having this app helps to accomplish that. You're actually better off having it because for those who don't use it, they end up getting skipped over, which you have to admit is unfair. I'm just glad I'm able to use it. Glad someone had the idea to make it available.

I use the app daily and it's basic functions are pretty good. 4 stars, because I have to keep refreshing the notifications in order to get a wait time status. Otherwise, it's great to avoid sitting in cramped waiting rooms during this pandemic

I love this app. I can check in from my car before the doors even open in the morning! It tells me when I have a hold & it reminds me of upcoming appointments. It's very easy to use & very convenient. Definitely 5 stars!

This app makes my life so much easier. I no longer have to hurry up and park my car and run inside to enter my number just to stand around and wait on the days it is busy. Instead I get to go on the Engage App and as I am pulling into the clinic I log in and it tells me my wait time and how many people are before me so I can wait in my car until I'm next in line. It is great. There is never even a glitch or a messup with this app.

I arrive at my clinic before it opens to beat the line. By the time it opens there's usually 50 people outside waiting. Well half of us signed in via the app and the other half had to use the kiosk. People that went in and paid cash at the desk got bumped up ahead of those who didn't pay and had to use the kiosk. I was able to keep my spot but a lot of people were skipped and it caused so many arguments. Also a guy paid at the desk and people that paid after him kept bumping him down spots.

I am glad our clinic is using this system. It's nice to check in and know when it's your turn to dose. Or you know if you have a urine, a payment to make, or anything else, however, not everyone has a smartphone and they have to wait longer even if they were first. That part isn't fair. I wish there was a feature that we could use to leave messages for our counselor though or a way to request a dose increase. Anyway, I like this system so far and I haven't experienced any problems.

WHACK! Tried using this and it is saying I'm not in the system when I clearly am and have been going here for 7 years. I think the system is too stupid to understand a telephone number change. The clinic has the correct phone number as I enter on here. Same bday same everything just can't validate my account.

Would like to retract my former rating saying the app would not work at my clinic. It now seems to be working fine. Very easy to set up. I made a payment which seemed to go through fine, but haven't yet used it to check in until I go back.

works great able to see how many patients are in-line, and gives me an estimated wait time. Can check account balance, and add money to my account by credit or debit if needed. has notifications for reminders of you have an appointment with your counselor or something. Allows me to check in to the dosing key when about to be at Clinic. You and tells me if I have a random drug test to do that day when I check in. It's been a great app I love it.

It's the best Clinic News & Weather App available. Can't remember the holidays, that's ok, the app will remind you of the holidays because the clinic will be closed and it will remind you to bring your lock box because a blizzard is on it's way.

I have to use this app to sign in at a methadone treatment center. With all of the passwords, verification codes, and location verification, it's much easier to sign in at the desk. This creates confusion and frustration at the clinic.

The app disappears daily from my phone and I have to go into the play store and redownload it everyday. It also tells me I need to be within 500 feet no matter how close or even if I'm inside the clinic. App has only worked property twice since we first started using it

Needs work, I've been kicked off and made to start over and I've seen it happen to others. It's an excellent idea just needs work. Also people are on the app and getting in line, they are not being kicked off when put in q

This app was a wonderful invention. Thankyou to who ever made this app. It helps not make it so crowded inside the clinic and it also helps us not have to wait in line forever because we can check in from our cars and sit in our car until it is our time to dose. It tells us what number we are in line and how long we have so we have time to get inside.

If they're too many people the app stops working right. So every Saturday you can't trust it. Other than that it's a great option for daily dosing clients.

I love that this app was created. I love the fact that as soon as you pull into the clinic you can sign in. It is unfair for people waiting in line, but it's good for people that are hard of hearing, as I am. The biggest issue for me is the fact that you can't sign in to check appointments or your balance. You should be able to do that. Is there a reason why it is this way or was that simply an oversight from the developers? Either way, can you guys please PLEASE fix it!!

Horrible it always is crashing and doesn't update well either also it tends to not stay current and your always having to turn the location on and off for it to read.

I love this app! It's so convenient to check into my medical clinic every morning and be able to stay in my vehicle while waiting. This app is a literal godsend!! I highly recommend!

Finally got it validated, can't wait to use it. Had issues but it was because of the clinic didn't have my phone number in the system correctly.

My reviews keep getting deleted. This app is a huge problem for my sobriety. I will wait 5-10 minutes in an empty lobby for 3 other people that aren't in the building. I go to a small clinic, tiny by the standards of some of these explanations, where the wait times would be smaller if this app didn't exist. It's pushing me back over the edge and I can't even have a tiny bit of satisfaction knowing others reading my review will make them not want to use it. I'm going to repost my review every day

Great for checking into appointments! Only glich is sometimes says im not close enough to the building when I'm walking through the door. I also like how you can see and track your financial balance.
