Tbe Engaged app works really well, I'm downloading it to my new phone. I've had the app installed to my old phone for about a year without any issues. Sending money to other accounts is simple, asks for your pin before any actions are taken. I've phoned the bank and have to say the call was answered by a well spoken English voice...just saying.
Stopped working with error message certificate invalid. Uninstalled and cleared data but still same error message. Good app untill it stops working. Twice now it has happened on two phones it seems phone gets to old for app. Unfortunately I am not ready to buy a new phone yet so will have to do without this app.
Would have been 5 stars 🌟 up until today! Loved the app & was brilliantly easy to use, then today i added a new fingerprint to my phone login & the app recognised it then flipped my login to pin to force me to login again proving it really is me (which is great!) BUT now it won't turn back on my fingerprint login on the app even though after I go through all the steps it tells me it's OK & active! NOPE! still only pin access So annoying! Please try & fix this minor issue ASAP Thanks.
Wonderful App. Much better than the previous. Only gripe is, with the previous, if you just wanted a balance check, you didn't have to sign in, you had a quick balance check option.
It won't let me log in, it says something about log in details being case sensitive.
I am a customer who had the app and web based access to my bank account both working now none of them work! The app is not optimised for my device Android Tablet and will not download. Web based account also I cannot access because it has message privacy error your connection is not private. even though I have antivirus installed. Therefore I have no access to my account! This is not good..:-)please rectify urgently
I wouldn't bother signing up to this account if it's the shop rewards you want. I've been with this account provider over 2 years and only actually received a fraction of what I'm entitled to. I have submitted an enquiry via my online account & we'll see what happens. I've raised the issue before however been ignored. May as well go back to using my highstreet bank account.
Only thing I don't like is being charged to take out my own money and all the fees ridiculous, also u can't even transfer money unless u pay a £15 for same day payment ridiculous every other bank let's u transfer for free!!!! These are reasons I am seriously Considering leaving all those fees add up plus u can only take out 250 per day n that can not be changed

Got a new phone downloaded app but refused to accept my password even though it is correct its pathetic phoned them got nothing sorted out told them to put my password in no can do they say, carnt update app on other phone because apparently a 150 pound phone is not good enough for it to run on yet it will run on a phone not as good well might do if cud get password in, i can understand all the small charges but £15 for transfer is robbery, old app only shows half month of statement no good
Cannot open app since had to get new card 2 weeks ago. Was working well until then. Needs fixing tech guys. Lots of reviews indicating app not working and no response is not productive.
Down loaded this app yesterday 29.12 2020 set it all up went to log in kept saying wrong pass word and blocked my account so i had to ring costumer service they sent me a email to reset pass word wich i did and it worked fine went out shopping yesterday thorght i would check my account balance this morning the day after i set my new pass word and ay presto you got it wrong pass word again even though i only set it up the day before and it worked fine its a joke
okay but wish we could do direct debit with this account. Sadly this is probably the reason I'm going to have to get another account. app always works for me though and great that I can check how my money is at any point.
Since the update, this app keeps stopping when I try to open it. I have complained to Engage, but they do not appear to want to know. I would give it no stars, but then I cannot comment.
This app does everything I need it to and more..Put money aside for different stuff to be paid on different days etc..bank transfers..no glitches that I can see.thanks engage,5 stars!!!
Great app but where's the free transfer money option paying £15 or £3.00 is ridiculous there was a instant transfer option now it's gone I don't think anyone should have to pay money to send when it's our money. We pay the monthly fees so that upsets me I may have to get new bank if we can't get that option because I send family money slot and add up all the £15 it's slot if money I have lost ...
very Disappointed with the j App, it just doesn't work and has now locked my account and as it's Sunday there is no one to contact so won't be using the app again and I will uninstall it..
Good app but what happened to the pending payments bit? that was very helpful and seem you have taken it away, other bank apps have it, and it was in this app previously. Would mark higher if it was back
Since has been updated I can't login anymore ... keeps telling me password CaSe sensitive ! I changed my password I even called costumer services but she was no help either! I give up!!
Not a good app as it wont let me reset password even when it has what it needs to be reset
Just had an update and cannot access my account as app keeps closing and will not let me have access

If this app doesn't work use the smart cash app for engage iv had less problems with that!
cant get this app its sayin my phone is incompatible.but i had the old app on my phone.
Can't log in, changed password hundreds time still can't log in
So still no fingerprint login. Just leave a key under the mat.
The app opens, but there is nowhere to log on. I have tried to reinstall, but the same issue is present. It is not a helpful app at all. Please fix ASAP.
