difficult to navigate, unable to enter a request, much like the city of Denton website. it's almost like they don't want citizen input.
I just put in a request that would have taken a long time of waiting on the phone and my request was completed within the hour. So awesome! Love this app.
Everytime I go to open the app it won't open. After playing around with this for 10 minutes I give up.
app barely works and quite frankly I don't think the city ever actually reads submissions.
No way to simply request brush pick up. Can't get answer on phone. Lousy app and service.

It worked for me, reported an electric outage and set up reminders to put out my trash n recycle carts.
Won't open. Gives "keeps stopping" error

been in Denton 3 yrs: a dozen nice enough days per yr outside to do ANYthing at all. SHYTE weather! 2. the priories of the local police are straight out of Bizaro: call in several units when some wealthy person uses 911 to complain that they can see a homeless person from a window and want to police to "move" the homeless person. meanwhile, privileged white students and mexican nationals drag race up/down the residential streets nightly until 3 a.m. and this app doesn't work. 🤣

This app appears to have multiple significant issues. When I try to create a trash reminder, it says my email address appears to be invalid. I have tried a couple (both valid) with the same result. When I attempt to report this problem thru the app, and fill in name, email, and description, it comes back saying all fields are required. So, it appears to basically be useless at this point.
