Only had it a short time, but so far so good! No problems with the app and I really appreciate the information it provides. Would love to see it catch on a bit more so more people could contribute!

it's nice to be able to report issues but would be a lot nicer if he had status updates opposed to just letting you know it was acknowledged
FINALLY!!! Engaged Toledo boarded up a house across the street from me that was being used by teenagers and older people too. It's going to take quite a bit of work to get into that house now!
its good to report problems but it would be even better to know the progress or the severity pf concern the city is taking towards what is being reported.
I use this at least once a month. Helps keeps my city efficient.
It's a great local app so far. Looking forward to finding out more about it.

A quick way to communicate with local government.
They take half of the reports seriously, and then do not investigate the other half... but the half they DO investigate is typical of Toledo, do the easy work, and harass people, but do not do the job they are supposed to do.

The app works the city doesn't You can report something 100xs they acknowledge it but they don't often fix the issue
Here investigating the car now! Yeah โ. Hopefully we can rid our complex of this eye sore.
App doesn't work. Crashes when I try to view reported issues, and won't populate any fields when I try to file a report. As if it matters. The 3 issues I reported previously were marked as completed by the city even though nothing was ever done.
Easy to use
App closes when trying to view messages on complaints. Not sure of anywhere else. I'm using a Galaxy S7. *Have sent screenshot of issue*

I'm hoping my pictures explains the Issue here. This is the 2nd time that I'm making a complaint. First one the Server man said that it's the Road. Someone needs to do something. This is not a Level Road. Water isn't making it to the Sewers.
