English Chinese Translator

By far the best translator app I downloaded. It is able to recognise both traditional and modern chinese chars. I am using this app to learn chinese. Two minor tweaks to the app will help :- 1) Whenever I pasted a few english sentences and got it translated, the audio portion does work sometimes. 2) After doing (1), I couldnt get back to the previous screen where I can scribble chinese char. Great job.

This app is great and very convienient it helps alot in many things like writing on the screen to choose the character. But google translate is better. It would be better if you can update this app by adding a camera system so that we can scan the writing and translate. This will make it much more convienient and many other people would want to use this app. Though google translate does have a weakness, it does not take in the writing on the screen very well. Overall this app is above average.

I work in Chinatown in San Francisco. And for the longest time without a remedy for the language barrier issue. Then I thought oops and here we are giving a 5-star to an application to which I am able to better communicate with the locals. Works perfect, thank you so much.

Honestly....i'm uninstalling this cuz i only needed it to translate one thing...but...it worked really well. I've never written anything in the chinese language before...so...when i was drawing the characters to get them translated...i really didn't draw it well. However...the app was able to pick up what i was trying to write and i got the translation👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

It's been two days since the app has not been working. And nothing I try to translate from English to traditional Chinese has been showing up except an alert that says "Error to connect server". Kindly look into the matter.

So great. I speak both languages, but my phone is often set to English, although it gives some old characters, when speaking to my friends in China it is very accurate. Love it!

Very easy to use. Translates in Chinese characters and pinyin. The few words that I know in Chinese translate as I know in Chinese. I think this will assist me to learn how to communicate with non English speaking Chinese.

It's not bad, having both simplified and traditional translation which was best to those beginners like me. I just hope it to be more accurate.

Its so annoying omg... everytime i translate it, ad will pop up to my screen and then i thought that i can hear what the correct pronunciation of it, but everytime i tap it the app closing itself... if i can rate it its 0 star its so bad.. i download it and i try it after i found out the problem of app i uninstall it... its so worst.. ( i dont know if they experience my problem in the app as mine).

My Chinese teacher used this app so that she could converse with us in English! I downloaded it and I've been using it for about 3 years now. I used to love this app and I would've rated in 5 stars but now it always just says 'Error to connect to server!'. Please fix this:(

Need to uninstall.. at first, i was enjoying it but today, it became worse. Annoying to see long video ads every 8 taps. Can't focus. ...ok to have ads but i think it's too much...

At first this app was very nice and easy to use but recently this app is cannot using now.. everytime i try to translate it's error to connect server,.. i don't know what happens but it's annoying 💯 .. it's already been so long to waiting for your fixing

Accurate and fast translation. You can copy and paste to check how your sentence translates before sending it, great feature to avoid mistakes!

I am not capable of assessing accuracy but it more to my liking than five other applications. The Pinyin, clarity of voiced Mandarin,simplicity of use. Using to create English/Chinese signage. Will reduce confusion and increase understanding

Riddled with ads, but that's life nowadays. It's great for reviewing and learning new phrases every day on the way to work.

The current vision of the app can't read out words but the previous version was perfect.

great app just sometimes hard to understand what the voice is saying. also have to keep restarting my phone to keep the voice activator working.

Used to work, now it says "error, connect to server" do time I try to use it. There's no update and my internet is fine. Don't know what's going on. Uninstalling and looking for something else.

Find difficulty to review history as well as Translation. Would you please try for advancement. Thanks a lot.

All good except too many ads and annoying. It would be better to have ads as top/bottom banners instead of video ads.

Translates accurately and quickly. simple to use. Needs wifi or data connection to work.

terrible. a Ford truck and kept popping up over and over even after I cancelled it. it stopped even the first translation. I then uninstalled it. won't go there again.

Can become better!😉 The things needed to improve may is the user can use this app to translate at anywhere & anytime, not when user needed to translate somethings as emergents then that cannot be used without network.. The others things was great!

I will give you five stars if you literally let me pay for this app and remove the ads forever. It's been a very good tool for learning elementary Chinese

The best app on the narket for translation .thumb up 100% .thanks for fixing the problem of the (server error ).I recomand this up why i like it coz it write the transkation in English /chinese/pinyin .

too bad... quite good... except for it to be really usefull needs to have each character yo have a pinyin attached to the character. otherwise how to pronounce those character

great app with extreme pop-up ads, if you don't mind the constant unwelcoming interference!

works well but the spoken translation is very very quiet. Even on full volume it is difficult to hear.

Most accurate translator I've ever used. Respects grammatical usses and doesn't change the meaning at all.
