English Dictionary

It's the best to have. Awesome experience so far. It gives examples of how the vocabulary of interest can be used in a sentence. The only issue is that mine lost audio function which helps understand how to pronounce the new word correctly. Fix that and it will be perfecto. Patrick

This is the first time i give a raiting in play store. Very useful specially the absence of ads. I want to say that it would be better if you keep the search bar present even after choosing a word (no need to press the back button and search). Otherwise, good job

The dictionary helps me learing more & more english words where it gives with more suitable examples. I would like very much to use it. I would appriciate if it works again as it has been working before now. Thanks to you(the developer) I am learning the language. I also work, and some times attend a meeting with different imdividuals from different countries. In these meetings, the common language these paople are talking to each other generally is the English language. And, that is why I need.

You guys have made an incredibly nice app but you do not have any sense of empathy. I have read the reviews and most users have complained of the vexing ads associated with this app. But, surprisingly you have done nothing about it. You just want to make money at the expense of an awesome user experience. This is appaling to say the least!

The message that pops up when a word is not found is written in bad English. It reads ' Word did not found' it should be something like ". Word cannot be found." Or 'Word not found" Please correct this. Alex Marjen, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

Best... so far I have been using it more that 7 years. Whenever I changed my phone. I always download this English Dictionary to help keep up with my school work.

This is the most annoying app. It shows nothing and dissapear from my phone while to trying to search for a word. Its a total waste of data.

It helps so much by pronouncing the words clearly. And also give more definition to choose the right definition. Love it

having the option to only type in word's instead of also being able to view a list of any alphabetical list of any letter makes this a very useless app for me. uninstalling.

By seeing the reviews, I thought this app might be really nice and helpful. But when I am searching any word, it says "no word found" I even tried easy words like intelligence, graceful I don't know why this app isn't working. Please fix this...

The best online dictionary Soo far,I have tried many but some delays your time ,others ask for payment and even after that,it wnt be l that effective.This is very quick with no charges and can even be used offline .But some words cannot be found so kindly improve on that,Thanks

I suggest that the developer should upgrade it to when we click or point any word in the sentence it will also so us the meaning of that word too in case the word is also ambiguous too Thanks

It's amazing and has helped me learn a lot of vocabularies. The only thing is that sometimes you update and it fails to work so you have to reinstall again

Partial landscape support, inability to give most likely match (e.g. abrogate has one incorrect vowel, but app doesn't list abrogate), full screen ads constitute hijacking...uninstalled

best dictionary of the world. very nice. every thing is perfectly and nicely explained.also many synonyms are given for only a just single word.besides this noun form,adjective form,verb form are also given.really a great app.best dictionary.👍

It's one of the best dictionary apps, it even has words that are not in more than 80% dictionaries. Like the word; by and by

This app plays loud music and speech during their adds when the phone is on silent. This is extremely frustrating!!!

I love this app, but after the last update it crashes when opening, please work on this as soon as you can. Great app

It is a useful,good app.As well we can learn words which we don't know and if we don't know how to spell it it has that option also.

i had to install twice and uninstall. still not working . my device Hawaii is up to date. 😖 finally i had to delete forever.

excellent app if you are not sure how to spell a word you can speak the word or type the word in highly recommended

Utter rubbish !!.... To compile any dictionary the first requirement is the ability to be able to read and write it ..
