English Dictionary - Offline

Using this app for many years . It was very good but now I am facing problem to open it and to search something. Whenever I type some word and click 'go' to find the answers nothing happened, the screen remains same no result shows and I have to close the app without answer. I reopen it and again it disappoints me opening data base for a long time and showing no home page this time. Again I have to close the app. Now, I am forced to install other dictionary for my work.

The inclusion of the pronunciation feature makes the app stand out from many other apps in the same category. The only feature that it lacks, which would make it excellent is the ability to perform word searches using wildcards. It would be a really helpful feature if someone knows what some of the letters in a word. Such a search could return a list of potential words which the user can select from But otherwise, a near excellent product

I use this app everyday and it helps a lot. I like it because can work offline, has true and simple meaning to understand, more examples and shows the synonyms for each word but it could insert compound words. it's hard to find the meaning of them inside and even if I think can be difficult also pictures where is possible to insert it can help us more. Thank you so much for this greatest tool you made for us.

I liked using the dictionary before....but it was almost a year that there's a difficulty in opening the dictionary especially when I typed the word many times but didn't give the answer. I feel dissappointed. Actually I uninstalled and reinstalled this app but still have the same problem. 😣😬 Hope it will be fixed ASAP

Good dictionary. Just need to add more words and let the search engine be more open to options rather than being very tight and choosing words that can match EXACTLY with what's in the software

Good dictionary, i like the grammar study side of it but i wonder why it still not got the prediction feature for easy and faster typing when searching for a word. I believe this feature best defines the use of a dictionary app. Dear developer, a few of us your clients especially English speaking students will find your app more interesting and valuable if you add this to you work. Lessons are very useful for beginners. Word suggestions feature should be added. When we are pressing back from a meaning, it's closing the app completely but not returning to home/main page. This needs to be fixed immediately.

It's handy, rich and very useful especially when I need to know the correct pronunciation of some difficult words. For the next version, it could be good to add phonetics (I have not seen it)

The app is good, but to be excellent there should a display of words for easy identification of needed word. A display of words of a particular alphabet will lead one to the correct spelling if the individual does not know the spelling of the word he or she is looking for.

Really helpful. Recommended for the beginner or intermediate, easy to understand. Definitely I can improve my English, and keep the insight to always remember the lessons.

One of the best dictionary every person must have and every Android cellphone has to contain as application. I just wish that more can be added with regard to English grammar. This application is good for all those whom English is not their first language and who will like to learn it on the go. I thank the developer for bringing to us this type of an application. Just love those categorised vocabularies given in the app, really do useful to me, the easy examples of sentences oh really love such dictionary, by the way hangman game is just a waste of time, disliked it. Overall great to learn English meanings

English Dictionary - Offline gives concise defenitions for quick, accessible comprehension. Unfortunately, the app has not cited its sources. While the dedinitions are accurate, it cannot be used for more than a casual reference.

This app is very useful to engrasping all of that aspects related to The English learner but here is one needed feature to add that there is must a back option so that to return onto the backward page instead it is going onto run to back on the phone completely . Due to this I rate this aap as 3 stars

ur app software is so cute, but it would be better if it has successive search. eg: if u search word,its meaning have some difficult words,these words u can't click on it to give you meaning without closing and start searching that word to get the meaning of first search. thank you

Well overall its a wonderful app, and i enjoy using it.something which need some improvment is that to show the antonyms of the words too at the same time when it analyse the synonyms.One more lacking thing that i think is to add the idiomatic phrases.

Quite good but it often strucks down. Please develope it in a better way. If the dictionary alphabetical order does not open you will be able to get only one star with in a few days. Please develope it. Good luck with warm regards to all the team members of this application 2021.

Very good app but misbehaves anytime u update it. U wouldn't be able to search the meaning of words any longer. Unless u uninstall and install back before the app responds.

Not totally excellent but, a bit ok. Sure, there is really need for much improvement in terms of updating words contents and also to make it more user friendly.

Hello, this app is very useful to me, a student of English as a second language.One can access good pronunciations offline.Only modern transcriptions eg.you as (ju:) are needed for a 100% app.Cudos!

The app was working perfectly fine untill recent when I typed a word instead to display the meaning, it keep reaping the word I typed.

Useful for me to get some information of some words & spelling & meaning. I love this apps until this month. when I click the search to get the meaning of the words I'm looking for it won't open. So I uninstalled the apps & reload but still the same. So is my other phone.

Yes it is working offline but we still need to suggest words while typing or when we have a spelling mistake Also some photos to explain the difficult words would help. Thanks for the effort

Of recent, I would type a word and click to see the meaning but that would not appear, instead the typed word will repeat with each click. What do I do to rectify this? I am still experiencing the same problem as above. What's the way out?

Im Mexican and a teacher .. and this app seems to be very good for my students in intermediate level, it has a very complete english dictionary. I like it.

It is a good app. The main reason for 3 stars is that its 'Back' and 'Next' doesn't works. To always go app exit the app and again come back. What a stupid meaning! Improve it please. By the way rest are also good.

It is a very good app. But still some improvements can b made like example of word i.e, used in sentence. Synonyms, Antonyms may also b included. Nevertheless app is good to use

It has got a lot of words but yet some words are missing and I could not understand the meaning of many words and thus had to search on Google. The words need to be explained in a simpler way.

it's a great app, the offline version is great and also several vocabs with voice reader function Go on and download, you will never regret it

This was one of the best dictionary for me untill now but i dont know why it stopped working. I cant search any word and not able to use the given options of list of words and vocabulary topics... Please solve this issue asap.
