Useless!!, I got the book and have been trying to register an account for several times, 3 different email addresses and keep telling me "invalid email address or password. I feel frustrated because the in the book looks like a good learning program but it wouldn't work that well without access to the audio and online exercises.Very disappointed!! I'm returning the book. 😔

I am an ESOL speaking and listening teacher and so if I select a text to use with my class, I expect the audio to work. It has worked several times in the past but all of this week I cannot seem to sign in and/or register. Have spent hours trying and retrying. It really isn't good enough! Is there not another portal or platform that you could upload the audio files to, so that we can use them?!

Keeps asking me to sign back in and doesn't save my sign-in information (even though the app is just a web-wrapper and every web site that accesses the official website can save my sign-in info). App downloads sound files to an undisclosed area of internal memory, so users' phones can get full and there's no way to remove downloaded files apart from uninstalling the app. 1 Star until fixed. No excuses from dev accepted.

Please give us a landscap mode. This is very inconvenient for tablet users

Website and app not working. I try to log in and a message appears that the email or password is wrong, but both are correct. The differential of books is the audios, without access they are useless.

The app don't even allow us reset the password. Why do not single sign-on? Maybe you should remove the sign-in feature. Why request a so strong password for so simple application? The error message is always "error creating password. Please try again". Don't work. 2022 still not working. 0 stars for this app.

Can't enter the account! I have changed my password and even though I have no access to the account. On a pc web browser, though the site has been too slow, I can reach it, but on the phone I can't. I put the same info and it displays that it is invalid.

I bought one of your books (hoping to collect them all). The book indicates "free online audio". It is free indeed, however, it would be better if some exercises online were also free. I love the modules on the book! Especially the graphic guide. :))

The book is good but the "free audio" is terrible to be accessed. No matter how strong the password is, we still can't access the app. I regret buying the book. Horrible!

Application doesn't allow login all the time. Their whole online process is very poorly done. App and website are not anywhere near as polished as their hard copy books. Pretty sad if you ask me.

I have been using the books and the app to teach my students. Really the organization is innovative, and the design is super simple. All the activities serve the purpose of the unit. بصراحة كتاب عظيم وتشكرونا عليه

The book is good but the issues to register the account are taking so long to be solved. It's a shame. I hope it gets fixed soon. I'm looking forward to having access again. Thanks!

I've been using it for three days and I really liked it, but some audios don't work and it disturb my learning. Please fix it!

Now the content of audio and text book is match, but you need to uninstall and reinstall this apps, finally it's works! I want to improve my English!

I was expecting American English for the audio voices. To my surprise, it is UK. I hope as the app improves it will have different English accents.

I spent one hour to register with my own email address and password but still telling me that ghe password is wrong!! However I am one hundred percent sure that everything is correct even the capital letters, numbers.. I am so mad

This app hasn't been updated since 2019??? When will you add the audio download and online exercises for English Phrasal Verbs...

I'm confirming that the app doesn't work....in the past worked. So now it's impossible go head with the course

Headache to log in, constantly fails and some exercises that I bought doesn't work.

I cannot open any audio for the books besides the course book for the biginner book.

some audio files are missing , some of them don't match with the exercises from the book

The app exercises in Level 4 advanced even doesn't match well with the book, it is ridiculous!!!

Why this app I do my Gmail and do my password correctly, but have to add number in my password and then my password wrong 😑 😒 really stupid apppppp👎👎👎👎
