English Pronunciation

Mixed bag! This is mainly a large collection of links to videos on YouTube. The videos demonstrate the pronunciation of individual words in a variety of different English accents (American, British, Canadian, etc). In addition, there is a chart which gives the International Phonetic Symbols and their pronunciation (in British English). There are extra sections on how to use the app and a dictionary but the developer's notes are not always in the best English. It's free, supported by ads.

Very nice idea, but the mix of American and British pronunciations is confusing and some of the pronunciations symbols of the words are missing. A rather basic error! Interuptive adds are also annoying.

Very good. Just used it to try my first 10 words. It helps me a lot. I could now realize my weakness and improve the pronoucation. Great help. Thank you. The only inconvenient for me is that for some reason, I could not open the your tube link. Wish you could help thanks and regards

this is really very conducive but the problem is it sometimes get stuck, when you practice some words even if you are writing correct it will say wrong so that really annoyed and specially the thing which makes me hate it even more is i have to backup over and again in between doing practice of words just because it don't move next then i back i open again practice section and that get started from very first word again!! i strongly request to the developer kindly do something with this

My overall experience with this app has been good...but I would recommend you to add a few quizzes or games to make it a bit enjoyable and interesting...if they are added I would be able to learn in a fun way

Outstanding app. It's such an app where anyone can learn all the sounds easily. It helps me a lot when I am confused with vowel sounds.

One of the best app . Books are just given information. But this app helpful to every one who wants correct pronunciation.

App is quite good but there are some grammatical mistakes in the given examples. e.g. It's a abandoned building. But there must be an(determiner).

Very useful to catch up with the different ways of the English prononciation. I do recommend this app to teachers, especially to non native teachers.

It's wonky. I couldn't hear any modelling of the words. Also, I scored 5 stars for pronouncing words very inaccurately. This app is next to useless.

It has got sophisticated technology which describes each and everything we need to know. And.. apart from them all, it's userfriendly.

Actually, it is an amazing app to use if you want to practise phonetics well by depending on exercises in addition to a phonetical dictionary. The best app for me to use till now is this app because I would like to test my level and it helps me a lot!

I like it very much, with practice you will improve your pronunciation and it's the most difficult part to become fluent in the English language.

It's very helpful apps.. I am learning right pronunciation... Thanks to the apps maker.. But IPA is British accent and the pronunciation is American accent..

This app has a very basic and easy to use. Dictionary is in it. I try to learning English pronunciation with this app. And liked it!

It's a good App, but could be better if the video is ok. Tried many times, still can't fix the viedo problem

This App is better than others for me .But i think it will be better when it is available for checking each phonetic sound from 44.
