English to Old Norse

Doesn't work. Whenever I try to open it, it loads to 100 percent, crashes, and sends me a notification with a phrase.

I like the idea of the app, and how you have several helpful sections, but your search function and trying to find simple translations for basic words is terrible as best.

the system is great. however 90% of the words I've searched for arent included. and these arent hard words. "er" doesnt exist. improper translation for basics such as "sjá, á, um" etc.

I'm surprised the app received so many negative reviews. Looking up perhaps 20 words so far I got a definition nearly every time. I'd give it a full 5 stars if it had audio pronunciation

I used it before on my other phone and it worked really well, now I try to open it and it just keeps giving me phrases and crashing more or less....

over all really good but it would be nice if they would say the words too i know its a lot of work but it would be easier to use if they could do so

I looked for common words and they werent there. I wanted it as a quick reference. Also the pronounciation guide is wrong. Á is a rounded shape. The creator obviously just took internet trash and copied it on here. Want to learn or speak old norse? Get e.v. Gordon's book. Want words for a tattoo? Talk to someone who speaks norse.

Love the app already but missing few words like hallo but i understand app may still be worked on but so far great

Good, fun, but limited. It would be nice to be able to have grammatical translation, to enable simple phrase construction. At the moment verbs can only be translated from their infinitive (love, give, send), the app did not recognise the word loves (eg he loves...) The various futhark are given as well, which is fun.

The app was very good, however I wasn't able to find any greeting words like hello. Also if you guys could allow us to search sentences, like how are you, and have it spoken and spelled it would really help us in speaking the language. Good work!

This app has yet to load on my phone, it goes through the loading screen then crashes.

Just downloaded this, only have 1 problem, don't know which version of Old Norse it uses. I am looking for Old East Norse.

The search function doesn't work. I've used the main search bar and the bar in the full list. Neither works. If I search for a word from the main screen, nothing happens. If I search for a word from the full list screen it show no results, though I can often scroll down the list and find what I'm looking for.

I love anything Viking or Germanic so thought this app would be amazing but the first word I typed in, "Rocky", not exactly a rare word, it didn't recognise it.

Only problem is the search box, it won't work when you type in the word - fix that and its great!

I clicked the search box, Looked up the word, then it just didn't work. Good app other than that, and I like how the company responds to reviews.

This app is amazing !

Promising. Should work better in the near future. A feature it would be great the app to have could be that it allows to search using other languages, such as German, Icelandic and Norwegian. Keep up the good work!
