English Vocabulary Builder for GRE® & all exams

Awesome experience! So satisfied with the development. I once heard from this super intelligent with high vocabulary boy say he learns through visual images and definitions. This app offers both aspects, whereas undergoing many dictionaries, I found they don't offers visual images to represent the word. Through the app, I begun to use plenty of juicy words in my speaking and writing. But having the option of see ALL the words of the set would be a significant feature. Thank you for the help!

Glitches when clicking words during review. It doesn't show the correct definition, it's actually showing alternative words. In other words the review section which is the most important, is actually broken. Other than this great app but this needs fixing.

Overall a good and useful app. Interface can be frustrating sometimes, especially with bookmarking. The only option to go through them is by clicking on them one by one, and when returning to the list, it defaults back to the top instead of where I left off. If I have 100 words marked, that's a ridiculous amount to scroll every time I want to switch words, and makes it harder to personalize.

It's helpful but needs many improvement. I'd like to have access to the words given as synonyms and antonyms including their pronunciation while studying the words in each set. Also, the words should be listed alphabetically in homepage; otherwise, it's difficult to find the specific words I have studied previously but I forgot. I may not have access to them because they may be still "unmastered." My grading is solely for the app being far from perfect. Otherwise, it's working very well.

It's really easy to start and is broken into small, manageable chunks. I wish there was some sort of review of words to help there understanding before you started the tests. Also, if there was some over review not confined to sections, that would combine many words you missed, that would help alot.overall, this is exposing me to many words I've never known and does so in good time.

The app is a great tool to upscale your vocabulary. However, there are a number of bugs; cannot tap sometimes, app freezing and the only way out is to close the app, cannot navigate from sets to home, and so on, that makes the app difficult to use and a poor user experience. It will be really helpful if you can fix this issues. The issues I was experiencing have now been fixed and I think I can comfortably give this a 5 star review.

I absolutely love your App. I was wondering if you make it more engaging. I have some suggestions just sleep on it. I think it would really too. Why don't you guys Make Crossword puzzles and word search games too about every set and Use that one set in a story too. That would make it more engaging and strengthen the learning process. You guys can also make Sentence completion and analogy exercises. I wish you people could add something more to it. Like making some stories on every set n games.

Excellent experience. I have learned about 20 new words in 3 days so far. The most helpful exercise, in my opinion, is the "association" exercise where you have to choose the right association/synonym for the word being learned. The images also help to memorize the words. Thanks for this app, it's effective and pleasant to use.

This is one of the best tools for learning advanced level vocabulary, either for personal development or preparing for tests like GRE, GMAT and English proficiency tests such as TOEFL and IELTS. Its complete with images that help you pick out the meaning of words. It systematically teaches you new words, accessing the ones you've already mastered, still learning and almost learnt. It even has a feature you can use to hear pronunciation of words. I recommend 100%

Unable to click on any option in the quiz. It seems as if the has frozen. I tried reinstalling the app but it doesn't work. There's another old bug where reviewing the wrong words from the quiz isn't possible and the app needs to be restarted. The app is really good btw. Please look into these bugs. Thank you!

Hi, There are some minor bugs which could be resolved ASAP. The app isn't working properly Whenever we play quizzes like -Memory Mode quiz/Almost learnt section and secondly, the guide animation is quite annoying because it pops-up everytime, we are unable select words randomly for learning(revision) & forced to do according to animated feature. It would be better if close[X] button was included in the guide feature. Above all, the app is very good & helps the learning student in a better way.

Most importantly, this app needs a store of some sort to spend the "money" earned from learning words! It is an added incentive to challenge one's self and adds a fun flair to keep interest in the app/game!!!! But I really do love this app! I am able to learn each word without just reviewing the same 1 vocab word, 1 word definition flashcard over and over again; I learn to understand the use of the word in a deeper, wider context.

The content is Excellent! but the app comes with bugs. sometimes the menu option on right hand upper side doesn't work. Audio, and background music option sometimes stay inactive. And, the major drawback you can't play the games if you don't have 4 cards in the deck! Please fix this and I will come back with 5 stars.

This is a fun way to sharpen your vocabulary. In each section, you start by going through the vocab and if you already know the word, you can "test out" by answering a multiple choice question that shows you know the definition. This saves time, not having to review words you already know. Every word is described in detail; they have accurate pronounciations (not a robot), definitions, synonyms, examples of the word in a sentence, different usages, and even etymology charts. I LOVE IT!

Edit... It's super buggy with new update. Cannot play any quizzes. Excellent app! However, there is a bug where I cannot click the words on the page that shows up after finishing a quiz. I have to reinstall the app to get it working everytime. I think the bug starts when you buy a new set. Please look into it.

The words recommended to boost vocabulary are good!!! And the system in segregating what words I have mastered and those that I have trouble with is very effective in enabling me to better learn the words. Only area of improvement I feel is that there are some spelling errors in the sample sentences given when explaining how the word is used. However, other than that this is a great app to learn vobaulary efficiently:)

What a good vocabulary builder app without ads. But I found out some issues in Android 9, and wants to provide advance to do app better. 1. Why can't select any word when study but review and add the word to bookmark can? 2. Tapping the Advanced Synonymous in Still learning, can speak out the word. It is a bug. 3. The full-screen app display. I feel uncomfortable to go back.

Hey, an excellent app to learn vocabs on an illustrative way. I found a small bug though, after we mastered the vocabs, It shows the words for which we have selected the wrong option. After that, I can't click on the word and the app is frozen or no other way to move to the next screen. I kindly request you to fix that issue.

I've only used this app for a little bit, and I've already felt like I've learned a lot! I like the fact that it quizzes you when you say you know a word. It helps me realize that I thought the word meant something else, and now I know what it means. I'm using it just to increase my vocabulary, however it would probably still be great for people who are using this app for other subjects like tests, etc.

Love it! Refreshing ones vocabulary periodically is a must and healthy for the brain. Too easy to get lazy&in a rut. Have to exercise your brain and more often than periodically. Loving this app. Fun and isn't insulting. Can get hung up but even after a lot of practice w/same troubling word, you'll get it and not by just memorizing clues, you've learned it.

really cool! I thought my vocab was pretty good but, this really opened up a greater pallet of definitions and connotation for me to choose from. There are lots of cool, interesting words and a fun mode of play as well. It is everything that you want it to be. It's great for playing in waiting rooms and down time, and you will actually reap benefits, unlike a lot of more mind-numbing app games.

Superb app. you can learn pronunciation. You can also learn from picture depicting the word, which helps in visualization.

This app is really easy to use. I love the little pictures and sentences it uses to help explain the meaning of the words. It's neat and also pretty fun. Especially with it being free, I feel like it deserves 5 stars. There aren't ads either or in-app purchases. It's a fairly decent app to challenge your vocabulary.

It's a really nice app when it comes to learning new words, but I've never had an app that freezes as much as this one. It keeps crashing. Whenever I complete a game, it freezes upon attempting to review words that I missed EVERYTIME. I can't even press the exit button. I have to close out of the app entirely! Please fix.

A great and interesting English vocabulary builder. Full of fun and easy to use.

The application is significant to the learning of new English words. Also, the use of images together with the amusing examples helps to keep boredom away. However, I think it can be enhanced by illustrating the use of words in more contexts: conversational, informal etc. It should help.

This is an app that you must have in your phone. It contains an abundance of academic words, therefore, if you desire to enhance your English ability, you should download this app right away. For each word, there is a picture that shows the meaning of that word, following that are the definition, pronunciation as well as an example (context). After learning a set of 30 words, there'll be a quiz to check whether you have remembered those words.
