I can only access the website version, I ve never been able to log in on android or ios, few years ago I was told by the developer that this would be sorted and they re working on it. Still the same. The idea is brilliant, only if it works, the importer keeps failing to import cpds. The help has diminished to 0 answere to the logged complaints and asking to sort problems. Its time to find a more reliable provider.
I've just sent an email to head office as I thought it was just my app behaving strangely. I am unable to get any further than a blank white screen. To say I'm dissapointed is an understatement. If this was a free to use app then I wouldn't be so bothered but the fact that I've paid a fair amount for the service is really troubling me. The main reason I subscribed was for the app and instant access to my CPD log etc. Please get this sorted ASAP Enhanced CPD Pro!
I paid a subscription of £46 to this service and I cannot log in nor do I get a reset link sent. Ive emailed several times but I hear nothing. Seems like I might have been scammed so beware. Not happy I think I should make the GDC aware of this issue
I was with dentalCPDpro and since the change to enhancedCPDpro I'm unable to log in which means all my certificates I had uploaded are now gone. I am unable to find a contact number to sort this out.
This app used to be excellent, but since the update I've lost everything. Please sort this out, I NEED all my information!
since the change I can't log in and can't access my record through CPD Pro either. all my records are gone. please fix the problem
same again can't log in on my android phone, have to do everything on my ipad or computer, it used to be so good, not bothering to register sgain next year
Poor! I can't upload certificates using my tablet as the cancel/save bar isn't well optimised and simply won't let you click on it to force the command. Mobile version isn't much better!! Ridiculous that you should need to take/upload a photo when you could upload a document from Dropbox or Google drive instead. Incredibly frustrating!!!! Please respond!
