Enhanced TTS

This is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) engine that wraps around any standard TTS engine for adding extra settings such as : Delay before, pitch rate factor, and excluded characters.
This TTS engine can be used with AudioBT to improve the TTS output of some applications.-Set a 1 or 2 seconds delay to avoid audio cutting at the beginning of the speech.-Exclude some characters, such as the dash character so that it is not spelled in street names.

Works flawlessly! One cool option would be, to be able to add a notification sound (like a beep) before the actual notification is spoken.

Unfortunately on my Nexus 6p it just didn't work. I'd go into settings and a message came up saying "settings had stopped". Can't say it's bad and it is free, just didn't work for me😞

So i got another s4 the only isssue i have is when it sometimes speaks a diff language i love how u can change tones u even helped me laat time coz i went crazy on settings lol so yep sometimes via voice notification app it says letters and numbers
