Enjin: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Blockchain Crypto Wallet

Every feature on this app is cool except for the fact that your password can't be retrieved once forgotten. So I only get to access to my wallet only through fingerprint. This is very bad as it renders the app useless because there are some activities one need to carry out on the wallet that requires one to input the password. Kindly do well to rectify this. Thank you.

Seems like a reasonable app and getting the job done of holding my cryptos. Had an issue with password not showing up on opening. They contacted me to tell me where it somehow got shut off, turned it back on under Settings and now all is as I like it. Simple, easy to use interface, holds multitude of tokens. One thing I'd add is a search function where you can type in the crypto and it pops up rather than having to scroll through the long list. Still, an excellent app!

Intuitive UI. I can see real-time USD values of all wallets. I like that it has its own keyboard for security. Fingerprint unlock is convenient. Support responded very quickly to the one question I've needed to ask. Don't think I've ever encountered a bug. Wallet backup/restore via a set of words is nice, and I had to use it when my old phone died. (Not the most secure method, but better than being permanently locked out of your wallets. Plus I'm not a whale so it's adequate.)

I like the push notifications letting you know when a deposit is confirmed. There's a good coin selection, although it could always use more, particularly XRP. Obviously the collectables section for the 1155 tokens is quite nice. I wish you could just paste your password in instead of having to type it all out every time though. I know it's more secure this way, but it's pretty annoying. Overall though, excellent wallet.

The app is okay, most times, but recently it keeps saying storage access is required even though I've granted it. My friend's are also getting the same complaints. Please fix soon. Edit: I reset the app from my phone's settings, reimported my wallet and so far it's working fine again... I'll give 5 stars if it stays 💯 for a week.

This is one of the wallets I use and it's one of the easiest and complete. All tokens are automatically entered and followed what makes it easy to follow. I have compared this wallet with others and it's one of the best. Easy to enter with fingerprint, direct overview of your wallet with real time values. This is what makes a wallet very usable during daytime to follow up movements in the market. The only thing I miss is a dark skin for the wallet, but maybe one day it will be possible. I think with the new steps this wallet will become even better. Great work.

One of the few wallets that imports ledger seeds. Combined with native enjin functionality and every other feature this is my main wallet, but... it needs custom rpc networks and native polygon network functionality. Until then i gotta lower the review. It needs to be updated. (3rd update) doesn't work for most web 3 apps can't even sign into uniswap.

I've been using the Enjin wallet since the end of 2019 and I have to admit, there is a lot of people who doesn't understand the potential of this wallet. My big perk is the coin swapping system they have. It literally is paired up to 5 different exchanges, after computing the numbers, it shows you which exchange will have the better deal. Not once I felt cheated on. And there is a ridiculous amount of coins in the wallet. 💯🔥💯🔥💯

Custom Password entry doesn't support > symbol. So I can't enter my password. >>Update: I figured out my problem with the keyboard. I still wish I could have copy and pasted the password from my password keeper into the input. I'm raising it to three stars because I did get past the problem, but without copy and past the 27 character random password is painful to enter.

Support is very active and get back to you quickly. It's an easy to use app and encourage new people to this new world. My only complaint is that free drops benefit those in the northern hemisphere so I miss out on getting them.

Surprisingly good customer service. I had an issue with a token balance not displaying - I followed the suggested steps on enjins website, but to no avail. I then emailed them about my problem, frankly unsure if I would hear back from anyone. Give credit where credit is due, though - they were responsive, polite and helpful (thanks to Tasssio and Esther, if they don't mind me naming names!), and within a few days the issue was resolved. 5 stars from me.

I had to relaod the wallet as transactions kept failing. Pin entry buttons are too small. Looking better and better with every update, upgraded my review to 4 stars. Still small pin code entry buttons.

Been using ENJIN WALLET app for almost 4 years now. Very happy with it, works great! There have been many updates and NEW feature enhancements ...which means ENJIN is actively engaged with the newest tech. It's very fast and I love the fact I OWN THE SEED PHRASE! Best wallet app available! Even SAMSUNG has integrated it with their phones ... that says everything. Love it! WOW! Even more wallet upgrades. By far the best wallet. So cool how I can view/buy/sell crypto and crypto collectibles NFTs.

The wallet itself is very easy to use and has everything you'd expect. I did have an issue that was NOT related to the wallet so I sent an email to (Enjin) support. That's what led me to write this review. They responded within a day and my issue was resolved (complete satisfaction) two days after I initiated the request! That's hard to beat these days.

Its the best I've seen 🙂, i just did my little research in my own little way. I am delighted 🥰 to rate this app 95%, i could have been better, if one can earn on doing little tasks on the app. Or Mine.. stake, or Farming pool sort of. But, its cool, i understand its an NFT COMMUNITY.

Best. Wallet. Period. This is the most secure, easy to use wallet/exchange/NFT collectible holding/Blockchain asset transferring technology offered presently. I'm pretty sure this sets the standard across the industry. I've been using it since Legacy version, if you're looking for the 'Ready Player One' future, Enjin is it.

So far so good. Customer support is great! It doesn't tell you what the fees are when making an exchange. If it did that then 5 stars. Because then I'm just exchanging in the dark not knowing how much I could of exchanged. Like currently I'm stuck with Eth that I wanted to exchange but I didn't know what the fee calculation was. So I undershot. Otherwise pretty good app

Poorest quality wallet I've ever seen! You can't get transaction history. No way to download a CSV file for tax reporting purpose. Automatic high volume sound on website. No desktop wallet available.

Cant even check what email i used for my account, i know my password but thats useless if i cant see the email i used in settings. Thats a very big problem if i drop my phone and it dies. This app is very good dont get me wrong, but the settings are missing major features it should already have like the email associated with the account. Please add linked email in settings in the next update

This is one of the best and one of my personal favorite wallets hands down. If some sights didn't require certain others I may just be exclusive to enj. The metaverse is growing, the wallet is more refined and faster than ever, and the integrations including jumpnet are compounding. Not just for enjin but a must if you use their ecosystem!

Bugs. Issue: After importing a new wallet it, would not show any of the correct info for the wallet. Removing the original wallet didn't actually do anything as it still showed assets for the removed wallet and tried to use the removed wallet for all transactions. Edit: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I was able to finally use my new wallet.

All-in-one wallet, the best out there. Underrated imo. I created three wallets for now, two of those are imported, makes managing extremely easy. It doesn't take too much space on my phone which is a plus. UI is organized and neat. No hassle to add custom tokens since it seems everything is already input. All you have to do is select the coins. The fact that it's created by a competitive, advance and trusted platform ease my mind. Great Job! In all aspects, Enjin's future is bright.

I have just installed the wallet & it paired up easily with my SS Blockchain wallet !! Transferred in a few ENJ coins & appeared within seconds. Somehow I have a password (which I don't know) and no email...I can't explain it I know it's crazy. The app won't send a reset to ANY of my emails but I can drop this rating on Google play which is under my main email. It's a hassle seriously

I tried to claim jenj in the app and altho the app requiered me to have over 7-8 times the etherum for gas than it actually needed , my transaction still got stuck even tho gwei was way lower than the "automatic value on the app" it is still stuck cannot claim mai jenj to enj and over 100$ eth sent to enj wallet are stuck to. I contacted support , they stopped answering . This is theft i lost all my trust in enj.

Got for playing Kingdom Karnage. I tried making purchases for the game, but every time I approve a purchase it waits awhile and then doesn't go through. Finally gave up and decided to send my Enj back to my other wallet. My gas Eth got spent, but the Enj stayed put. Basically lost $30 on a wallet that won't function with the game I got it for.

I have not experienced any big issues and the customer service was friendly and responsive when I did have the one time problem. Though it turned out to be a Etheruem gas issue and not enjin or its app.
