If outages were a major concern, this would make sense. Was hoping for billing and power usage. Uninstalling.
If I could I would give this app a 0. It's 2019 and Enmax doesn't have an app that allows you to see your billing info, change account info. This app only allows you to see outages and report. what a useless app.
Terrible app.. now you have to fumble around for 30 min to find the billing app. No shortcuts, no links, nothing.. i guess this is the easy way for enmax to make our lives even more terrible.. DO NOT download this app
Can't even use the app. Refuses to launch stating it can't download language packages to due a network issue but here I am posting a review with my network just fine...
Por services the company is too hash on the billing some customers like me when first started with the company my bills was 50-60 dollars but by passing the time my bills keep increasing now I'm up to 80-to 85 with the same 2 people and same appliances in 2 br unit the second room even empty.......i don't really get it.......i consider something else I get it right I spoke to more 2-3 different tenants about theire bills I got totally different story in matter of fact I'm paying way much more
Disappointed! This app only shows outage . No billing info, no payment methods etc.. 0 star for it...!! if the is only at option for it! Will not recommend itnat all
I have no idea what went through the payroll of all the people who worked on this app at enmax. I was downloading this app to have a easier way to view my bill. To my surprise, I find out this app is only so I can report an outage. First of all when my power goes out I'm hardly trying to report this for public knowledge on an app that seems like something that should be confidence. They need to make it in some way a benefit to use it.
Completely useless app, no billing info under account, or current usage. Deleting!

app never loads, waste of time to check outage info, ffs use Twitter to report on outages already!

Can't even look at your bill. Multi billion dollar company doesn't have an appbthat can support billing.. useless employees all around.

Enmax ripping off people in Calgary. They changed my meter and I had a bill of $1200 which they said is pro rated and next month will be almost free. Next month I got bigger bill close to $800. Bunch of greedy thieves and liers. Check your bills guys they are looting.

Wow! No billing info and I thought I would go paperless. I was hoping the app would send notifications when my bill is available. Guess not. This app is so pointless so I hope this means they are in the process of creating a great app for their customers.
