I'd say half the time the app works the other half don't. It'll be not working for 2 or 3 days and start working again. To use the forgot username or password thing you have to put in your date of birth and you have to literally hit the back button 4 million times because there's nothing else that helps you type in your own thing or have a better search for your date of birth. Like Jesus Christ how many times do I have to hit the back arrow started from February 2022 all the way to October 1993

I originally got this app a while back and it was nothing more than a link to a browser. I 100% thought I would move on after a bit because it just wasn't acceptable to not have a good app environment. Now, though, their app basically supports anything you'd want from a banking app. I used to use Navy Federal and I'd put this basically on the same level as their app. Big improvement. Professional.

terrible app wont go past the loading screen after i put in my login info. i love my bank but its 2019 and they should be able to have a mobile app that works. The app doesnt work on my wifes phone either, also we both have up to date phones. UPDATE!! App works good now still coupd be improved.

The pay my bill section is top notch. I dont have to miss payment because the bank will do that on my behalf but you will have to set it up in time because of time limits. Overall these app has not disappointed me in any way. You will have to sign back in if you leave that page which I think is the best security you can have to protect what you have in your account.

Super upgrade from previous version! Great interface and has all I need. Will see how it performs as I use it in the future, but see no reason thus far to lower my rating!@

Love the app. User friendly. Customer service is always super nice when I mess up and lock myself out. Love the alerts you can set up to see any activity on your account.

Ok when it works. Unfortunately app has stopped is the message I've received the past two days. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling...same error message.

Continuous errors. Tells me fingerprints wont work, but won't give me the option for username and password. Just more errors. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no change

App handles all the different type of transactions that I need. Love the mobile deposit feature! Always hard for me to make regular hours to deposit checks. App makes it simple.

This app now will sell all your personal info including bank account info and transactions. I will be closing my account as i cannot opt out.

Much easier to use since we can pick out a pin number. Easier to navigate thru mobile app.
