Bad app it have many problems

I cannot connect to the router using the app. It says "Oops! The device is not connecting to the router. Please check the connection setting or click help for more information." Yet if I open a web page using the same phone that has the app, it goes through and the credential I provide authenticate successfully. I've used a laptop on the same wifi LAN and several web page have gone through (Chrome and I.E) So i am sure that its the app that has a problem

The app is not working. Though I can login to the router via normal browser, no security features, such as VPN, noted.

Worst app in the world! Hardly ever works over cell service and never works over wifi even when its connected to the same lan.

Works on my wireless network. But when i type my static IP for remote log in away from my wireless, it doesnt work. Thus, its not a cloud!!!!!

C'mon guys! WTF? This goes for the manufacturers of routers as well! If you can build the hardware, make apps (software) that works and is not buggy! This did not work at all! All I keep getting is "Oops! The device is not connected to the router,..." message after punching in the right log in info!
