The app is fine, but pales in comparison to my other credit union's app. For example, with that CU's app, all I have to do is click on it and it shows me my balances, without having to log in. This is very convenient for many purposes and I would encourage ENT to implement this feature. The app is also considerably slower than my other one, which can be frustrating if I'm in a situation where I need to do a quick transfer or something.

Good, but the two-factor authentication login needs help. This is the only app that may not send out an SMS or email code when trying to log in using 2fa. Often, by the time the code arrives, it doesn't even work—if I get the code at all. Searching for specific transactions set by date range is also cumbersome and takes too many steps. Otherwise... the app works well.

I love having the tools that the app provides. The quick balance tab is very useful if I'm in a hurry. Being able to transfer freely between my savings and checking is so convenient. I think it's really cool that Ent offers the option to link my other bank accounts and be able to make transfers between my accounts. Mobile deposit is great if I'm in a hurry and I don't have time to come into a service center. My favorite thing on the app is probably the money insight tool! Thanks Ent!

your app is absolutely terrible. I've set up recurring payments several times myself and I've tried to on the phone to no avail. it always fails. my credit is taking a hit bc your app won't properly work. now I have to figure a way to transfer the loan to my bank (chase) or ultimately just pay off the lump sum of my car loan. don't use these people. you will highly regret it. Reply- your eservices team is useless. Per my original review. I was on the phone 3x with them to set it up. Still fail

Beginning around 12/1/20 something changed in this app. It is now completely useless. Way too many issues to enumerate. The worst being the app shows me the incorrect picture, security phrase for my account. Tells me the password is incorrect, bug then logs onto my account!!! This has happened at least twice. I have installed /uninstalled multiple times. Cleared /wiped everything. Upon contacting tech support was told to uninstall/reinstall. The app is completely useless to me currently.

Works great 99% of the time. PLEASE add the option to turn the shutter noise off when taking pictures for mobile deposit. It is so loud and there is no way to turn it off. I have every volume thing off or down on my phone and everybody in my office knows when I am doing a moble deposit. Its like a running joke at this point with my coworkers.

The basic parts are fine, but whatever update happened changed the deposit option. So now when I take pictures of my checks to deposit, I have to try to align it sideways and it never fits, meaning I have to go to the bank to make the deposits. Please fix the deposit part of the app where you take pictures of checks, it's completely messed up.

I am not the most technically advanced person and this ENT app is very user friendly. It gives you all the information you need, very easy to access and I love the quick balance feature where you don't have to really log in to see what your balance is on any of your accounts

Always always down. I'm just trying to check my balance and their app or online system is almost ALWAYS down now a days. I am in the process of switching banks. The apr on Savings & Checking is cool. I was thinking of keeping it open for that reason. The incovience though may make me reconsider. The people are very friendly though. Some of the best customer service. I love the security guards and the chance to participate in saving accounf drawings. I wish they had a money sharing portion.

Works, but very klugey. When making a deposit, you need to select an account to deposit into. But all of the accounts on the deposit screen have exactly the same name! So the app requires you to review your statement and memorize the codes for your different accounts before you can use it correctly. Also, the app hijacks system sound settings. Even if I have my phone volume turned off & media volume muted for all apps, the app makes an EXTREMELY LOUD shutter sound each time you image the check.

App is just baseline. Might want to have the software team smooth some things out. the UI is a bit wonky and seems very old fashioned. A more modern and clean look would be better. It still works, but just the aesthetics and smoothness of app could be heavily improved.

Was great. Now crashes with almost every button selection. Tried to compete a mobile deposit, had to restart 4 times. Why break what wasn't broken. Love the credit union, hate the app update. Wording is cut off on the screen, the font and coloring is terrible. Looks like it was developed by a middle school developer class.

There is no option to log off. You can press what looks like a power on button and that takes you back to the log on page, but you close the app and then go to log back on later and it tells you your session has timed out due to inactivity. I don't really like that. So it's been open all that time? Where is the log off option for the mobile app?

UPDATE#2: The January update prevents me from depositing checks again! Ugh! Love this credit union (been a member almost 30 years) and love this app. Lately, however, it crashes when I attempt to deposit checks! I don't live in-state and need a way to deposit checks. UPDATE: Temporary fix worked- uninstalled and reinstalled app and was able to deposit my checks! Thank you. Look forward to the permanent fix. As always, ENT's customer service is stellar!

Horrible, crashes all the time, EVERY single time you try to do anything it crashes. Then when you call you are told that yes the web site is down. I mean really how often does the backend system go down? At least 7-8 times a month.

Love the banking side of the app, but when I try to access the credit card side, it never loads, or I have to exit the app several times before it goes through. Please fix this bug.

I am older, but having Lili has been pretty easy. Direct deposits are early, mobile app deposits are simple, ay paying credit card bills has been a snap. I had to remember that choice financial group is Lili because sometimes cc processing companies need that information for setting up online payments. Lili also had a single number at the beginning of my account number which wasn't necessary for all my vendors. Support was great when I finally found the phone number.

Overall, I like the app and rarely have issues. What I don't like is that I can no longer utilize my fingerprint to login and must enter my password each time I login. If I could use my fingerprint again, I would be able to rate the app at 5 stars.

I've never had so many problems with an app in my life. It loads super slow, if you do something too quickly, the app has to be restarted. There's more, but seems triviaI right now. I guess I have to use the ATM to do all my banking here, when it's working. Very frustrated.

Freezes and won't reopen for hours. Clunky. Just a worse preforming portal essentially to the mobile website. "App" really is a stretch here. Sorry had it at two stars, it's one. EVERYTIME I take a picture of a check it says it has torn or folded edges. These are BRAND NEW CHECKS I'm paying myself with out of my business. I thought I'd be able to keep an ent account when I moved but I'll be closing my account because I can't run my business with technology this bad.

App will shut down sometimes and I have to reinstall it for it to work. When I use my phone's back button it closes the app and I have to sign in again. Let me make mobile deposits a while ago now I get an error message. Doesn't remember my phone so about every 3rd sign have to do the 2 factor authentication. And will randomly not let me sign it, just won't load after I put in my password. Solution for this is to let google remember your password. Works 50-60% of the time but always super laggy.

app works great, had some trouble with it after an update on my phone, but worked great after rebooting it. If anyone is having trouble getting this app to come up or you're getting a white screen, try rebooting your phone, then open it again.

I liked the app, until their latest update. Now it is harsh to look at (the contrast of white and red hurts my eyes), and makes me not want to use it. The local scenes were really pretty and pleasant. The zoomed in logo is quite frankly ugly.

Actually pretty functional, just kind of clunky and outdated. It's one of those apps that's really just a web page. It works well so that's all I need. But will look forward to an eventual app overhaul by the tech team.
