A very informative and useful app. However, I find that the available information is incomplete. For example, I searched for CGST phone numbers. I couldn't trace any. Nearly 50% of the businesses are registered with them for GST. Further, while going through the reviews in the app, lion's share of them are not given heed. It is also seen that some are using the review facility to tarnish the image of certain officers and thereby settle scores with these officials. Conduct follow up on reviews.

Very useful application for general public... I'm really waiting for such an application in Kerala. We can disclose our experience faced in the government office... Thank you CM. 😍

I am a research scholar and I installed this app to get details of all government offices in kollam. Your application is good but quite complicated and confusing. as for the govt college and schools I think there are more than that.I really need the total number of each departments in numbers.please help me

Not able to see the districts page. While opening the app it keeps on loading and giving a popup message no information

Great App. The revenue services very useful and no delay when it using.The service from the officials (specifically Sooraj Shaji sir, Sudhi sir and arun sir- sub collector office alappuzha) are great and a lot thanks to them.

Nice app. But I wish the government will set up a customer care chat option to answer questions. I want to find out where I can bring well water for testing.

App is stuck in the very first screen. Asking to select district, but not going forward.

It's just a database of information and not really having any e-services integrated. Some of the e-service links from menu will take you to browser to open the web page where you need to login again. What we need is an integrated platform for all departments and divisions. Currently we have to create our user for each and everywhere and manage them all individually. What they should have done is to integrate them all using single sign on.

This app is really helpful and informative in various ways. It is easy to handle.

Good initiative & appreciate the effort! Is there any way to change the phone number? Just wanna know about that. In some ofiices the phone numbers/mail IDs and even images are old/wrong and some are not available now! So there must be an option to report these kinda things to the developers! And some of glitches & Bugs still there, need a good update thanks.

Not receiving the OTP to my mobile number when i tried to write a review in the app. Yes, probably this was a temporary issue as i didnt observed it so far. Thanks for the response. App is good, but it would be grateful if we have option to edit the review on each offices rather than adding another review.

We have recieved very good service from the RDO office Allappuzha . Section clerk Arun was very helpful through out the process and helped to resolve all issues in very timely manner. Much appreciated and sincere thanks for all your support.

Good Initiative. Try to include maximum data. Many data like govt schools, colleges etc are missing. Search functiinality of the main screen not working. Please do correct this. Also make all data into sentence case so that the representation will be good. Further please ensure the periodic update of data

The app is nice and useful. However pls do add offline functionality too. We malayalees may not get internet access always. At those situations it is not able to access the app

Very much informative. Almost all government level contacts in one touch. Can be more effective by providing more interactive facilities in each category: like, 1. Places to visit in the district under Tourism category (a link is fine) 2. Time schedule of buses under each KSRTC station. 3. Link to electricity bill payment under each KSEB section. Can suggest more.....

This is a great app. The Revenue page has a good description of the Village Offices. One-click email and phone calls are possible through this app. Great experience ... Thanks to NIC

Documents required for services ..can be added if possible

Post offices are the offices that connects the public, and its in nuke and corner of the country, but not in this app. Just going to ignore this app. All details of other offices will get on google too. No need of this app.

Needs to improve. No option to give general suggestions. For example, St.Michaels College of Cherthala is not found in college category. We can add feedback of only listed offices/institutions.

The concept of the app is good and appreciable.But the problem is many information uploaded is rubbish.Phone numbers of village offices are wrong.The data should be made up-to-date.

Add more options like to suggest missing offices... I see in Malappuram it just finished it's exterior... there is not much information or offices there... don't know about other districts..

Very good app to find details of govt offices in the state of Kerala. It's a public platform where our experience with govt offices and officials can be shared.

The effort of the government to understand the feedback of the public is welcome. However, it seems that app is not free from bugs. I could not write reviews on the govt offices.

Many of the numbers given in this app are non-existent ...It's not working for a long time Update one of the new numbers will be very useful ..

Terrible app ever!!, the search option is not working. This useless app is exactly like goverment offices in Kerala. The funny thing is that, this app developed for rating Government offices, but the rating of this app itself is zero.

Thanks for the services by RDO office Alappuzha especially RDO arun and sub collector sri sooraj shaji IAS.They resolved my issues without visiting the office through email.i am pravasi working abroad in an international company for past 44 years and I am really thankful to RDO office in alappuzha and their sincierty towards the job.other district offices must follow their system.

None of the office address of State Water Transport Department is available in this app
