Some features are the same, but some have changed. Can still view and pay my bill with the app. Ran into a problem the other day trying to report a street light that didn't work in front of my house. Was able to report that on the previous version of this app, but since they've changed the logo and updated things you can't do that on the new app.

Useless App! It will not let me login. When attempting to login, it tells me that i must have at least 1 account attached. When i try to attach the account, it says that i cannot do this in the app because it is down for maintainance and redirects me to the website... I attach them in the website. Go back to the app, same scenario.

This is the worst app I have used for trying to make a payment. I have tried multiple times to add or save payments to use for autopay, but each time it will not let me save my bank account information. Last month I had to pay a fee to make my payment. I know my account information is correct I checked it each time I entered it. Please fix. I can't be the only one who is having this issue.

We have 4 separate Entergy accounts which are autopay. I really like this app except when our bank sold, I changed the bank info for each account but the autopay didn't change and I didn't know so my payments weren't paid. No where did I see where changing bank info didn't also change the autopay bank info. I hope this has changed. Otherwise, the app is great.

Good thing changing your logo is the priority. Meanwhile, usage data is over 12 hours old. There has been no improvement to this at all over the past year. I've had other entergy companies who's usage data is within the past few hours. I got a response on here to conyact you for help with spp. Help with app, i onow how to use it. The problem is yours, the udage data is old and outdated.

When you tap the time range on the usage page, it doesn't go to the tab you tapped. It just shifts one tab to the right no matter where you tap. This is atrocious UX, and is an indication of how little Entergy cares about its customers.

Writing in this application is way too small to read which makes it unusable. you need to fire whoever set this up and hire a good application designer which is competent enough to make it readable. Also more user friendly design for paying bill.

Service is amazing, staff even better. Only thing is I have to have each building in my property with different accounts and with one address. Makes it impossible to keep up.

Since the last "update" I have tried to pay my bill twice and it keeps getting returned, even with the correct amount in my account .. SO not only is my bill not paid but we have been charged about $60 in returned payment fees. This is a load of BS! Not to mention it is taking almost a week to process. Also if you request customer support to contact you don't expect to EVER hear from them! UPDATE .. They updated it to fix the bugs and now won't even load!!

Since the last update, which I was forced to do, I no longer the projected bill is not available AGAIN. It has only been available on my phone between the last 2 updates, unable to get it before of after.

The app is never working properly from the pay with bank to simply installing the thing. Entergy does not honor the app as an official way too pay with or without proof like a confirmation that you try to pay. If you don't get your payment on time because of the app you still receive a penalty and or have to pay a fee to pay your bill. You'd think that since you went paperless because of having the app they would waive the fees and penalties to pay when the app is not working.

🤔Since new meter with Entergy- MY BILL HAS DOUBLE. WISH I HAD KEPT THE OLD METER😵2/28/22-Use my kids cells. Don't have a text # and app keeps asking for a text no#.Don't want numbers on my account. Had to sign n 3-4time to do update on my acct. CAN NOT ADD A NEW ACCOUNT ONTO APP. AWEFUL🤯 3/31/22 I have two energy acct. Had problems paying new acct deposit. Deposit pymt went to old acct. But Entergy support term email me with the correct information and transfer my payment to my new ACCT😇TKU

ENTERGY, YOU HAVE A LOUSY APP. DON'T KNOW WHO DESIGNED THIS APP, BUT THEY NEED TO BE FIRED. TOTALLY USER UNFRIENDLY! 3-3-22 still lousy app. Improved tiny bit. Will like to know what times our meters are read daily. Needs to be same time each day. Meter reading is wonky! Sorry, not impressed.

Just downloaded the updated app onto my new phone and when I go to log in it says my credentials have expired but if I USA a web browser it allows me to log in to my account.

Will not let you pay using atm debit card. It lets you put in your card information and tries to switch to bill matrix, when it does that, it says it has an error. Its been doing this since I downloaded the app months ago. 1 star from me!!

I have since rectified the crashes on my phone and have been enjoying the day to day electric comparison and monthly predicted bill....it helps so much to see how my energy is used and what time of day I am using the most. This is a very handy tool for energy consumers! Thanks for the app!👍

When I initially updated this app, it was the same day that Amazon Web Services were malfunctioning. I blamed the app and gave it a poor review. Energy emailed me and said that the app is now working properly, and it is. This is a good app and I suggest entergy customers use it.

I'm trying to pay my bill on the app...however. it say I need to update. It's stuck in searching mode to update, therefore, the App never updates and bill payment on the App is not possible. I reported this on the AM on today 2/1/22 and have not received a contact from your technician and App still does not work 🤔. Please HELP!!

App seems a little difficult to navigate through. I've been waiting 6 days for power. The first 5 ladies told me it would be on by midnight yesterday's date. Conveniently, it changed to today's date when it wasn't on again this morning. Meanwhile temperatures plummet in central AR and nobody can tell me when I will have power in my new 🏘️......😭😬🤯🥶🥶🥶

I like how you can get an extension and pay bill by the app, but the fee is ridiculous and the fuel costs because I don't even use fuel and it is such BS!!! So I guess we have to pay to recieve your product AND pay the bill?! Add up $30 a customer and tell me that you're paying anything out of pocket!

Trying to change email. I go thru the process but it won't change. No real contact info. Tried phone listed on paper bill. Waited 75 minutes then it dropped! Also when you click the app icon it sends you to a sign in that is obsolete. Sooo stuupid!! 12/7 app won't open! Gonna remove and reinstall it.

It's about time that Entergy has an app that allows me to access all three of my accounts with one log in. However, the "edit nickname" function does not work from the phone app or when accessing from my laptop so I don't know which account I'm looking at without memorizing the incredibly long account number. When attempting to get help or search, the search results have absolutely nothing to do with what I'm looking for. Otherwise the functionality of the app is an improvement over previous

Had to start my year over for my deposit. On a technicality... their meter was charging me double and caused me to get deferred payments. "stole" 200 dollars from me in my eyes. Big thumbs down.

For a year, everytime I attempt to login, it says my credentials have expired. I called customer service several times and they get me in that one time then the following month it happens again. It happened again this morning, but then it let me in with an old email that I no longer have access to. I attempted to change the email myself several times but was told only a service rep could do that so she did, but it has defaulted back to the old email. Also, I never get the texts notifications.
