This application needs a total remake. When you log out and want to log in. You are asked to enter your phone number and email address for it to send you a code. If you use the same email address it doesn't work. How many emails must I create. Also when you enter your policy number all you get is the current premium per month. No information on how much your investment has grown. No information on when it will mature. Absolutely nothing that relates to your policy. I'll rate 1 star for design
Terrible...terrible app design. User friendliness is zilch. Interface very very poor!!! TERRIBLE. I'm not the one to post commentary or reviews but this had to be done. Been struggling to get a policy statement since afternoon. Deleting. Waste of space I'm sorry.
Fellow friends don't want your to install the app... The app is just a joke. Nothing you can see out of your policy after you login or creat an account, no statement, no info if of progress or arrears. Your policy account shows alright but no further information you will see. It's best you go to the nearby office.
This insurance company delays anytime you want to take your money... They keep you in suspense and keep repeating the same thing..that you'll be paid in 72hours Its been a week and two days since i asked them to pay since the owner has passed on and they still haven't initiated the claim...
This app could not meet with my expectations at all. It provides no information on policy statements. The option given to 'click here' for more details on your policy gives nothing. Infact it doesn't work at all. I wonder the essence of this app...it just wasted my bundle.
This app is useless. Totally unhelpful. It's almost as if they don't want you to see something as basic as your total contributions. Click on the link to show you more about your policy and it takes you straight to a page for quotation request. Please don't bother downloading this app.
Just downloaded this so called App, it wants access to my files before it works, but how. And when I refused it just shows me a blank pink screen. Masa, technology has advanced oo, spend money and fix this thing and stop the chisel things,..... The 1 star is because I had to rate before I could comment. It's no star at all for you
Terrible navigation.Not user friendly. Downloading a statement shouldn't be so complicated. This App is not worth having. I'm only tolerating for now
To be fair, the app used to be good, providing statements on request and the chat bot (Charlie, then Babs). I don't know what update wiped the Chat bot and removed the request for statements. Calling the hot line is time-consuming as a person stays in queue for several minutes. Let's refix the Chat bot and Request statement.
You can tap to check all policies and services, there is no problem, but when you request for account details it doesn't open.
Why does the app want to read files(Media) on my phone before it will allow me access? What details on my phone will help the app? Is it an attempt to spy on us? Hello, your response to the above questions did not answer the fundamental concern. Why must I allow the app to access my media and others before I can use it. I am unable to use because I didn't grant that access. Is that how your app works? If that can't be fixed, lemme know so I don't bother keeping it.
The "click here" button leads to a blank page. There's no information on the policy, only when started, amount being contributed and policy number and I know all that already!
Your app is not customer friendly and your services are whack. There's no single day you have answered my calls. Your customer service is extremely poor and i would never recommend anyone to register with.
The app is currently not complete. It doesn't show details of the contributions. The app needs to be updated to generate complete statement of contribution and a download options!
Guys please work the App. We should be able to pay premium inside the App and not go out to some other App or.... And it keeps asking for geolocation and I wonder why? It lacks fluidity as well. Good interface though
Awesome!! Using the same mobile number I used to purchase all my policies at Enterprise, I can get all my policies from General Insurance, Pensions and Life. Great design and user friendly App.
Pls if I can not see the total amount I hv in my account and how much profit my money is profiting me; then this App is (sorry to say) useless. Pls the Dev must be upgrade the App such awy that we can check everything by ourselves; from any transaction made plus date or we can see all statements through the App. Tnx
App does not work... You enter your phone number and they never send you the security code for you to access your policy... Half star for me.. I've uninstalled the app it's a white elephant
Why does the app need Location Access? Disable that feature then you will get people to use it. The app needs a lot of work to improve it
This app not okay.. The email box doesn't give me access to type in, my email address, to enable me complete my update. Please work on this...
Not happy with the App, I have been waiting for the 4digit code to activate my account for weeks now , I'm gonna uninstall the app it's useless

The app sends me a verification code by I MA unable to type in the code in the space made available. So frustrating. Deleted.

Great. Can access policy statements and purchase cover. Theres claims option i havent tried yet. I hope iy works. I can request quotes.

I just downloaded it and i read through some policies and am happy with how things are explained in the context of respective policies
Romeo Opoku I also encountered the same problem as my colleagues have expressed. I retyped the verification code and sent it on several occasions but failed. I tapped the resend verification code, but it still did not work. I tried my email address as well but I had a challenge with my password section. Due to the above complaints, the team should work more on the app in order to fulfill its purpose. Thank you.
