Enterprise Bank for Phone

This app has always worked perfectly on my BlackBerry Keyone. The latest, but definitely not greatest update has ruined the app completely! All I get is a white screen when I try to open it now. Is my phone incompatible now? Please fix the problem or allow customers in my situation to install a previous version.

App used to work perfectly, saving me trips to the bank. However, now it won't even open. It's not a new phone or anything, the app just stopped working

Inconsistent! It works on my android for a few months, and it's great, then it won't open for a good while. Customer service doesn't help because "it works on their phone"...I'm becoming a professional at the "Ununinstall, reinstall, power down, restart... still doesn't work" tango.. Whatever "upgrades" they do, don't seem to change anything except the ability to work on my phone. I love the bank!!! The app..... not so much.

This app is freaking AWESOME! Won't let me sign up. Won't let me log in. Won't do a dam thing... Great job guys! I wonder how George Duncan and Jack Clancy feel about this?

Loved this app before! Not sure if it was just updated or what, but for the last few weeks nothing on the sign in screen is able to be pressed. Can't type, can't sign in, nothing, so it is completely unusable. Five stars for before when it was working, but I'm forced to give it just 1 for now in its current state. Please fix it!

The app doesn't allow bill payments, apart from Zelle. After a while it requires password and won't let you use thumb print. Intrusive and unnecessary security feature since I don't always remember my password. Would be nice if it showed running balance in accounts.

Flawless and intuitive user interface experience. Reliable and easy to access with the security option of the fingerprint scanner of my phone. Mobile deposits are super easy to make. Mobile alerts are so convenient, and also being able to access Bill Pay, right from your phone. Great job Enterprise Bank! 😊👍🏼

Erratic and unreliable. Label differentiation between "Business" and "Personal" is poor which puts the two apps in a strange order, not adjacent. Color scheme reversal between the two apps is nice, but who can remember which is which? The two apps should show up adjacent to one another and with word differentiation between the two. Given that consistency in maintaining a fixed corporate image is vital in effective marketing, I fail to see any value in your use of different color schemes.

it's a decent app. everything is essentially straightforward, though i wish the interface was better. it's pretty old school and sometimes I'm thrown off by it whenever i go into the app. otherwise, the app does it's job and that's all that matters.

Extremely useful and secure. Great to know how much you have and allows you to do transfers between your accounts. Also shows your past transactions in case ypu get confused on spending.

It good for the most part. Sometimes it won't let you in, and not bc you don't remember your pw I use my finger print. This app can be a mildly infuriating at times when it does this and youre on the go and need to know what your account is at for funds. For the most part is good though.

The app opens, then won't let me get past the opening page. Seems like it's frozen...won't even let me let in my password. Worked fine for a year, but today messed up.

I like this app because I can check my balances anytime and anywhere Plus I live the convenience of being able to deposit checks right from my phone. Great job! Makes my life a lit easier.

The app won't open at all on my current phone. I had find and charge my old galaxy j3 to use the app so I could deposit my check, and unfortunately this isn't the first time it has not worked on my galaxy a11.

Unable to get on with new phone...all my other apps that was reinstalled work ...this one does not...hope there is a fix asap...all of my financial stuff is done through the app

The app works well. It is the accessibility of the internet which negatively impacts our ability to get online. I am able to do anything on the mobile app as I on a laptop.

Awesome bank was having a problem with app. Had a notice about a usb debugging. Had to turn it off. And restart phone. Working great again

App is fine but why is it named personal now when it updated. I couldn't find it on my phone and thought it uninstalled but nope its name is changed to "personal" yeah not your name. It is Enterprise so I should be looking under "E".

i like that supports finger print logon, allows easy check deposit with camera, and the balance info is displated without asking.

The new update won't let you use the app. It keeps disabling itself and won't load at all.

The last version was much better. This one won't even open up even after closing debugger app like it asked. If wasn't broken why did they try to "fix" it?

Good app. I though displike that the name of the app comes through as "Personal" instead of Enterprise Bank etc, because it makes it hard to find in my apps.

Login screen doesn't work half the time. I've seen many other complaints about this going back a long time. Hasn't been fixed..

Much faster site than before. Quick and easy. Takes care of all my banking needs. Including deposits. Love it

Works great 👍 Have had very few issues with this application. Great bank too, they have been very good to me.

This is the worst banking app. Almost never actually works. So many problems. Please fix this!!!

doesnt open the app

It used to work awesome until a few days ago the app doesnt even open anymore so i have to use the web site to check balances its horrible

Solid app that is very useful. Ive also never experienced any problems with it.
