Enterprise Bank & Trust Mobile

Overall this is a very good app. But there are still a few technical issues for which I'm downgrading from 4 stars. The biggest one being the inability to easily reorder the accounts on the home page. When you pick one to reorder, it grabs two and then everything starts flickering and it's impossible to tell where you are placing it. Second are all of the annoying 'hints' that appear at the top of each page. And the animated banner graphic on the home page is beyond irritating.

The interface is fine for the most part, and is able to fulfill my needs. However, Mobile Deposit doesn't recognize most checks. "RDC Unsuccessful" is a refrain that I'm sure many other frustrated users will be familiar with. I've wasted many minutes trying to deposit conventional checks with the mobile deposit system, continually taking images of the front and the back of the check, before giving up and opting to make the 20 minute drive to the bank. The system gives you no input.

Sometime over the past several months, the app's photo validation for check deposit has gone way dowhill. The app fails to deposit a check 19 out of 20 times. The app doesn't tell you why it rejects the photo (contrast? Blurry? Low light?) as well as not giving the user the option to engage the phone's flash or flashlight. In fact, the app turns off the flashlight when taking a pic of the check. I am so frustrated with the app since the only real reason to use it is for remote check deposit.

Works just fine for samsung sg21-63729/×4jhd er whatever the fudge this thing is called🤦 Instant transfers from checking to savings/vise a versa, instant view of usage, and you can sign in w/yer thumbprint which is quick and easy👍 I like it, but what is my opinion to you and how yer phone works w/this app and the things that may pertain to you within as opposed to me? If it is terrible fer you and I lead you astray with my elaborate babblings, I would be devastated to say the most!😘🖤🤘🏻

This app is slow and lags when I try to make transfers. Lately I haven't been able to even log in. I miss Los Alamos National Bank. Their app worked perfectly fine. Enterprise, next time you buy out a bank, make sure your stupid app works first. Update: over a year later and this app is still terrible. And now lately they've been having me change my password over and over at random and I can't check the status if my accounts when I need to. If you can avoid it, DO NOT use this app.

If you want to use the app you have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it...otherwise it gets stuck on the loading screen UPDATE: I delete and reinstall this app every day just to look at my account. Once the holidays are over we're switching to a different bank with better service. Because after reading other's reviews it's obvious that I'm not the only one having this problem despite what your "customer service" would like me to believe.

This app is unusable. If you're like me and you make new passwords for every account and forget them easily, find a new bank. Unless you like calling customer service everytime you want to use their app. Saving your password is almost impossible. Even when you do the app will force you to make a new password every so often and unless you can remember your old password you cannot make a new password. Will be switching banks soon.

Deposit check feature is useless. I wish it worked one out of 20 times because then I could still occasionally deposit a check. Doesn't work at all and doesn't tell you why, just asks to endlessly rescan. Please fix or you're going to lose a customer! This is not a threat, just a notification!

I don't understand how, when looking at my purchases wirth my check card the dates are wrong. Is that when the transaction is final? I wish there was a way to view your purchases as the date they occurred. Easier to look over & balance, since some purchases clear faster than others, it may show them in a different order than what happened in real time.

The app does everything the website does, with the addition of the ability to deposit a check. While this latter bit of functionality never actually works, it's a fun way to kill half an hour, if you're super bored. Pretty much useless.

categorically never know what my balance is because there's two balances limited and I get mixed reports it's very confusing to the point that it makes me nervous every day and when I check my balance I don't know if I have a $30 check charge it's going to come or not just because I may be reading the balance wrong and when I look I get even more confused because the balance is good but the money I transfer doesn't make sense where it's going. An amazing bank that keeps your account on point as well as keeping your money secure and safe. The name speaks for itself. Mobile app has perfect protection and service. I love it!! It's the total package

Tell me my available balance and account balance. When I tap to see transaction history it doesn't show any recent activity for the past 5 days. Since then I have a deposit and a withdrawal and have used my card. But its showing all types of weird numbers and not what I need to see. And yes I searched on transaction history.

Works good so far, however, my father and I have this app and both of us struggle to deposit checks. It doesn't recognize the pictures we take of our checks, and we have tried many different things on both phones. I haven't been able to find much on the topic but I have noticed other people have this problem.

The app is ok EXCEPT mobile deposit for checks is horrendous. I constantly get errors on the check photos, no matter how legible the check is, lighting, angles, everything causes the rdc scan to fail. I am very likely going to drop this bank for something more convenient because of it. Fix the app!

Just like other reviewers, I'm not able to deposit checks with this app; it always gives me an rdc error no matter what I try to do, even after calling the bank and following their suggestions. My hometown bank was recently bought by enterprise, and its app before being bought did not have this problem. I live hundreds of miles away from the nearest physical branch, so being able to deposit a paycheck is pretty important!

Was this application quality tested? I cannot deposit checks. The software always tells me to rescan, but does not tell me which image caused the issue, or what the issue is. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be an on going issue that the bank has chosen not to address. Due to the pandemic, the lack of a working check deposit system places both customers and employees at risk. The decision not to fix an essential piece of software may reflect upon a lack of concern for lives. Please fix this

This app periodically displays the opposite of an update. The recent activity that was displayed before is not shown, but an older version. And the date is older. This is really unacceptable.

App does nothing but load now, for hours. Mobile deposit doesn't work anymore, and I have had issues transferring money from savings to checking and vice versa. Terrible app, and terrible bank. Will be switching soon.

It's awesome and the granmother of 6. User friendly and efficent. Can see and use your multiple accounts. Will ask you to change your password often for security. They always follow up on anything that is suspicious on any debit.

Very poor quality, I put in my correct login that I use for my computer and all my other devices and it wont sign me in. I dont understand that you can login with your correct password and they will not let you into your account. There are no words to describe how frustrating that is. My old bank would just send an extra layer if security to prove you own the account but not this one your screwed. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

Love it when it works. Often has bugs like not being able to complete transfers, not having updated balance, locking up, among other things.

I have been unable to get the fingerprint unlock feature to work, otherwise it works fine. Updated: A new phone fixed the issue. (Probably not the fault of your app). Thanks for responding though

The app itself is wonderful, but lately when I use it, it times out within 30 sec to a minute if entering it. I end up having to pull out my laptop to access my online banking.

it used to work fine a few updates ago and it was great but I cant seem to log in to be able to view anything! It's so frustrating since I use my bill pay through my app and I cant do anything through it anymore. not even see my balance

I'm having the same issues as everyone else who has reported on the reviews. The only time I can actually open my account is on payday, after that it just spins. It's been very frustrating, I thought I was the only one. I hope this gets fixed real soon. what's the point in having the app if you cant view what's going on in your account. I count on this to pay my bills.

Only works part of the time! Used to work fine when I first got it. Now it won't log on. Just sits on the loading screen. Updated two days ago and that did nothing. Hopefully they can fix this soon. Kinda defeats the purpose of convenience.
